"English ကို နေ့တိုင်းလေ့လာနေပေမယ့်... ဘာလို့ မတိုးတက်တော့သလို ခံစားရတာလဲ?"

📚 Vocabulary အသစ်တွေ မှတ်တယ်။
📝 Grammar တွေ လေ့လာတယ်။

ဒါပေမယ့်...
❌ Speaking မှာ စကားလုံးတွေ ချက်ချင်း မထွက်ဘူး။
❌ Native Speakers ပြောတာကို နားလည်ပေမယ့် ကိုယ်တိုင် ပြန်မပြောနိုင်ဘူး။
❌ သိထားတဲ့ Vocabulary တွေကို Conversation ထဲမှာ အသုံးမချနိုင်ဘူး။
❌ လေ့လာနေတာ ကြာလာပေမယ့် ကိုယ့် English က မတိုးတက်တော့သလို ခံစားလာရတယ်။

Plateau Effect ဆိုတာ English ကို ဆက်လေ့လာနေသေးပေမယ့် တိုးတက်မှု မရှိတော့သလို ခံစားရတဲ့ သင်ယူမှုအဆင့်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ Language Learners အများစုက Beginner ကနေ Intermediate Level ကို ရောက်လာတဲ့အချိန်မှာ ဒီအဆင့်ကို ကြုံတွေ့ရလေ့ရှိပါတယ်။

🤔 ဘာကြောင့် Plateau Effect ဖြစ်တာလဲ?
1️⃣ Comfort Zone Trap
ကိုယ်သိပြီးသား Vocabulary နဲ့ Sentence Pattern တွေကိုပဲ အမြဲသုံးနေမိတဲ့အတွက် အသစ်တွေကို အသုံးချဖို့ အခွင့်အရေး နည်းသွားပါတယ်။
2️⃣ Passive → Active Gap
Reading နဲ့ Listening ကောင်းလာပေမယ့် Speaking နဲ့ Writing ကို လုံလောက်အောင် မလေ့ကျင့်တဲ့အတွက် "သိတယ်... ဒါပေမယ့် မပြောနိုင်ဘူး" ဆိုတဲ့အခြေအနေ ဖြစ်လာပါတယ်။
3️⃣ Old Mistakes Become Habits (Fossilized Errors)
Grammar နဲ့ Pronunciation အမှားတချို့ကို Feedback မရဘဲ အကြိမ်ကြိမ် သုံးမိတဲ့အတွက် အမှားတွေက အလေ့အကျင့်တစ်ခုလို ဖြစ်လာပါတယ်။

🚀 Plateau Effect ကို ဘယ်လိုကျော်မလဲ?
✅ Phrase Chunking — Word တစ်လုံးချင်း မမှတ်ဘဲ make a decision, take responsibility လို စကားစုလိုက် မှတ်ပါ။
✅ Daily Active Output — နေ့တိုင်း အနည်းဆုံး ၅ မိနစ် English နဲ့ စကားပြောတာ၊ Voice Recording လုပ်တာ ဒါမှမဟုတ် Journal ရေးတာကို အလေ့အကျင့်လုပ်ပါ။
✅ Shadowing Practice — Podcast ဒါမှမဟုတ် Video ကို နားထောင်ပြီး Native Speaker ရဲ့ Intonation နဲ့ Rhythm ကို လိုက်ပြောကြည့်ပါ။
✅ Quality Over Quantity — စကားလုံးအသစ် ၁၀၀ ကျက်တာထက် သိပြီးသား စကားလုံး ၁၀ လုံးကို Context အမျိုးမျိုးမှာ သဘာဝကျကျ အသုံးချနိုင်အောင် လေ့ကျင့်ပါ။

Plateau Effect က သင်ယူမှု ရပ်သွားတာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။
တစ်ခါတစ်ရံ သင့်ဦးနှောက်က သင်ပြီးသားအရာတွေကို ပိုတည်ငြိမ်အောင် စုစည်းနေတဲ့အတွက် တိုးတက်မှုကို ချက်ချင်း မမြင်ရတာပါ။
