2020 July တွင် ကျင်းပမည့် Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) စာမေးပွဲကြေးပြန်လည်ထုတ်ပေးခြင်း နှင့်ပတ်သက်၍
အသိပေးကြေညာခြင်း

၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လတွင် ကျင်းပမည့် ဂျပန်ဘာသာ အရည်အချင်းစစ်စာမေးပွဲ (JLPT) စာမေးပွဲ လျှောက်လွှာတင်ထားသည့် စာဖြေသူများကို စာမေးပွဲကြေး ပြန်လည်ထုတ်ပေးခြင်း (သို့) စာမေးပွဲကြေး ပြန်လည်မထုတ်ယူလိုသူများအား ဒီဇင်ဘာလတွင် စာမေးပွဲဖြေရန်လျှောက်ထားခွင့်ပြုမည်ဟု ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဧပြီလ ၂၉ ရက်နေ့တွင် အသိပေးကြေညာခဲ့ပြီးဖြစ်ပါသည်။

သို့သော်လည်း ဒီဇင်ဘာလတွင် စာမေးပွဲကျင်းပရန်အတွက်စာဖြေဌာန (Test Site)များ အဖြစ်ပြုလုပ်မည့် တက္ကသိုလ်နှင့် ကျောင်းစသည့်နေရာများမှ လက်ခံကျင်းပခွင့်များကို ယခုအချိန်တွင် အတည်ပြုချက် မရယူနိုင်သေးပါ။ ထို့ပြင် စာမေးပွဲကျင်းပခွင့်ကိုလည်းရရှိနိုင်ရန် မသေချာသေးသည့်အတွက်၊ ဇူလိုင်လ စာမေးပွဲအတွက် လျှောက်လွှာတင်ထားသူ အားလုံး အား စာမေးပွဲကြေးများကို ပြန်လည်ထုတ်ပေး သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အသိပေးအပ်ပါသည်။

လူစုလူဝေးဖြစ်ပေါ်မှုအား ရှောင်ရှားနိုင်ရန် စာမေးပွဲကြေးပြန်လည်ထုတ်ယူခြင်းအား အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ အတိုင်း Online မှသာ လျှောက်ထားရန်နှင့် AYA PAY ၊ KBZ PAY ၊ ဘဏ်အကောင့်များဖြင့် ငွေလွှဲပေးမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ဂျပန်ဘာသာသင်တန်းကျောင်းများအနေဖြင့် မိမိတို့သင်တန်းကျောင်းမှ လျှောက်လွှာတင်ထား သော စာဖြေသူများ အတွက် တစုတစည်းတည်း ပြန်လည်လျှောက်ထား ထုတ်ယူနိုင်ပါသည်။
ကိုဗစ်ရောဂါပြန့်ပွားမှုအား ထိန်းချုပ်နေရသည့် ကာလဖြစ်ပါသောကြောင့် စာဖြေသူများအနေဖြင့် သဘောပေါက်နားလည်ပြီး၊ ဝိုင်းဝန်းကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးကြပါရန် မေတ္တာရပ်ခံအပ်ပါသည်။

၁။ တစ်ဦးချင်း လျှောက်ထားသူများ အတွက်
(၁) ပြန်လည်ထုတ်ယူရန် လျှောက်ထားခြင်း
ပူးတွဲပါ လျှောက်လွှာတွင်ဖြည့်သွင်းပြီး အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ သတ်မှတ်စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ၏ ဓါတ်ပုံ(သို့) Scan ဒေတာကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ စာဖြေဌာန အလိုက် သက်မှတ်ထားသော E-mail (သို့မဟုတ်) Viber သို့ ပေးပို့လျှောက်ထားရမည်။

စာဖြေသူများအနေဖြင့် KBZ PAY (သို့မဟုတ်) AYA PAY အကောင့် (LEVEL-2) ရှိရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။ (မရှိပါက Play Store/App Store မှ Download ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။) (မှတ်ချက်။ စာဖြေသူအမည်ဖြင့် ကိုယ်ပိုင်အကောင့် (LEVEL-2) ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။)

မှတ်ချက်။ တစ်ဦးချင်း လျှောက်ထားသည့်စာရင်းတွင် တစ်ဦးထက် ပိုပါက လာရောက်လျှောက်ထားသူ က ကျန်စာဖြေသူများအတွက် တာ၀န်ယူထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။

၂။ သင်တန်းကျောင်းအနေဖြင့် လျှောက်ထားသူများအတွက်
သင်တန်းကျောင်းမှ မိမိသင်တန်းသားများအတွက် လျှောက်လွှာတင်ထားသော စာမေးပွဲကြေးများကို ကျောင်းအနေဖြင့် တစုတစည်းတည်း လျှောက်ထားထုတ်ယူနိုင်ပါသည်။ စာမေးပွဲကြေး ငွေပမာဏ များပြားသည့်အတွက် AYA Bank (သို့မဟုတ်) KBZ Bank ဘဏ်အကောင့်သို့ တိုက်ရိုက်လွှဲပေးသည့် စနစ်ဖြင့် ထုတ်ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ကျောင်းအနေဖြင့် ပြန်လည်ထုတ်ယူရာ တွင် ပူးတွဲပါ လျှောက်လွှာတွင်ဖြည့်သွင်းပြီး အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ သတ်မှတ်စာရွက်စာတမ်းများ၏ ဓါတ်ပုံ(သို့) Scan ဒေတာကို သက်ဆိုင်ရာ စာဖြေဌာန အလိုက် သက်မှတ်ထားသော E-mail (သို့မဟုတ်) Viber သို့ ပေးပို့လျှောက်ထားရမည်။

Notification concerning the Refund of Exam Fee for
Japanese Language Proficiency Test July 2020

It has already been notified and announced on April 29th 2020 regarding the refund for applicants who had applied for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) exam in July 2020 ( OR ) for those applicants who did not want the refund yet and were willing to carry it over for the JLPT exam in December 2020.

Up till this moment, we have NOT received any approval nor confirmation from the universities, schools and various test sites concerned for JLPT exams to be conducted.
That is why we have decided to REFUND JLPT exam fee for ALL applicants for July 2020.

To avoid a huge public gathering, please apply ONLY online as instructed below and money will be transferred VIA bank accounts ONLY at AYA PAY, KBZ PAY, and/or individual bank accounts.
For Japanese Language schools, you can re-apply refund for your students that have applied as ONE group and NOT as individuals.

We request and hope that each and everyone will cooperate with us, for all this inconvenience so as to control and avoid spread of the Coronavirus.

I. FOR INDIVIDUAL APPLICANTS

1. To apply for refund :

Fill out the attached application form and submit a photo ( or ) a scan data to Email(or ) Viber according to your individual designated test site.

(You are requested NOT to come and apply in person).

(a) Test Voucher (for those who already have it) OR a receipt ensuring the payment of exam fee (for those who haven’t received the Test Voucher).

(b) Examinee’s ID Card

Remark: For the application of more than one examinee, the applicant much be a person who can take a responsibility for all applicants.

A large amount of exam fee is involved. So that large sum will be transferred directly to either AYA Bank OR KBZ Bank accounts.

၁။ ကမ္ဘာ့ကျန်းမာရေးအဖွဲ့ (WHO) မှ Novel coronavirus ရောဂါ (COVID-19) ကို ကမ္ဘာ့ကပ်ရောဂါအဖြစ် ၂၀၂၀ ပြည့်နှစ် မတ်လ ၁၁ ရက် နေ့တွင် ထုတ်ပြန် ကြေညာခဲ့ပါသည်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင်လည်း အဆိုပါ ရောဂါ ကူးစက်ပျံ့နှံ့ခြင်းနှင့် စပ်လျဉ်း၍ ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် အားကစားဝန်ကြီးဌာန၏ ဧပြီလ ၁၇ ရက် နေ့စွဲပါ ထုတ်ပြန်ချက်တွင် တတ်နိုင်သလောက် အိမ်တွင်းတွင်သာ နေထိုင်ပါရန်၊ လူစုလူဝေး ရှိရာနေရာသို့ မသွားပါရန်၊ တခြားသူများနှင့် အနည်းဆုံး ၆ပေ အကွာမှသာ ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံပါရန်၊ ပါးစပ်နှင့် နှာခေါင်းစည်း (Mask) ကိုအပြင်သို့ ထွက်သည့်အခါတိုင်း နှင့် တခြားသူများနှင့် ၆ ပေ အတွင်းတွင် ပြောဆိုဆက်ဆံ ရသည့်အခါတိုင်း စနစ်တကျအသုံးပြုပါရန်၊ ကျန်းမာရေးနှင့် အားကစား ဝန်ကြီးဌာနမှ ထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော အခြေအနေများမှ လွဲ၍ လူ ၅ ဦး အထက် စုဝေးခြင်းကို လုံးဝ ရှောင်ကြဉ်ပါရန် စသည်တို့ ညွှန်ကြားပါရှိပါသည်။

၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ စာမေးပွဲအတွက် လျှောက်လွှာတင်ထားသူများအနေဖြင့် အောက်ပါနည်းလမ်းများဖြင့် စာမေးပွဲကြေး (လျှောက်လွှာကြေးမပါ) များကို ပြန်လည်ထုတ်ယူနိုင်ပါသည်။
မှတ်ချက် +++ စာမေးပွဲကြေး ပြန်လည်ထုတ်ယူနိုင်မည့် နေ့ရက်ကို နိုင်ငံတော် အစိုးရ၏ ကြေငြာချက်များအပေါ် မူတည်၍ ထပ်မံ အသိပေးကြေငြာပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ +++

(၁) စာမေးပွဲကြေး ပြန်လည်မထုတ်ယူလိုသူများ
(က) ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလတွင် ကျင်းပမည့် စာမေးပွဲတွင်သာ ၀င်ရောက်ဖြေဆိုခွင့်ရှိပါမည်။
(ခ) ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လအတွက် လျှောက်ထားခဲ့သည့် LEVEL နှင့် Test Site အတိုင်းသာ ပြန်လည်ဖြေဆိုခွင့်ရှိပါမည်။
(ဂ) ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလတွင် ပြန်လည်ဖြေဆိုရန် ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလအတွက် သက်မှတ်ထားသော လျှောက်လွှာကို ၀ယ်ယူ ဖြည့်သွင်းပြီး လျှောက်ထားရပါမည်။

မှတ်ချက် ++ ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလအတွက် လျှောက်လွှာလက်ခံမည့် အချိန်ဇယား အသေးစိတ်ကို
ထပ်မံအသိပေး ကြေငြာပါမည်။

(၂) စာမေးပွဲကြေး ပြန်လည်ထုတ်ယူလိုသူများ
စာမေးပွဲကြေး (လျှောက်လွှာကြေးမပါ) များကို စာမေးပွဲ ကျင်းပရန် စီစဉ်ထားသည့်ရက် (ဇူလိုင်လ ၅ ရက်) မှ တစ်လအတွင်း ထုတ်ပေးမည်ဟု ဂျပန်ဖောင်ဒေးရှင်း မှ သတ်မှတ်ထားသောကြောင့် အောက်ပါအစီအစဉ်အတိုင်း ပြန်လည်ထုတ်ပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

(က) ကျောင်းအနေဖြင့် အုပ်စုလိုက် လျှောက်ထားသူများ
ကျောင်းအနေဖြင့် အုပ်စုလိုက် လျှောက်ထားသူများအား ငွေသားပြန်လည်ထုတ်ပေးခြင်း (သို့မဟုတ်) ဘဏ်မှ လွှဲပေးခြင်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးပါမည်။

(ခ) တစ်ဦးချင်း လျှောက်ထားသူများ
တစ်ဦးချင်းလျှောက်ထားသူများ အနေဖြင့် ငွေသားထုတ်ယူနိုင်ပါမည်။

*** စာမေးပွဲကြေး ပြန်လည်ထုတ်ယူရာတွင် TEST VOUCHER (သို့မဟုတ်) ငွေသွင်းလက်ခံ (Receipt) တင်ပြရပါမည်။ ***
မှတ်ချက် ++ COVID-19 ကြောင့် နိုင်ငံတော်အဆင့် လမ်းညွှန်မှုများနှင့် အညီ စာမေးပွဲကြေး ထုတ်ယူနိုင်မည့် ရက်ကို ပြန်လည်ကြေငြာပေးသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဇူလိုင်လ စာမေးပွဲအတွက် လျှောက်လွှာတင်စဉ်အတွင်း အဆင်မပြေမှုများ ရှိခဲ့သည့်အတွက် အနူးအညွတ် တောင်းပန်အပ်ပါသည်။
စာဖြေသူအရေအတွက်များပြားလာနိုင်မှု့ကို ခန့်မှန်းပြီး အားလုံးအဆင်ပြေအောင် ပြင်ဆင်ထားခဲ့ပါသည်။ ပဲခူး ကိုလည်း စာဖြေဌာန အသစ် တိုးချဲ့ပြီး အသုံးပြုထားပါသည်။ လျှောက်လွှာတင်ချိန်တွင် မှန်းထားသည်ထက် အလွန်များပြားသည်ကို တွေ့ရပါသည်။ အချိန်ယူကာ တန်းစီ စောင့်ဆိုင်းရသည်ကိုလည်း တွေ့ရပါသည်။
နှစ်စဉ် Download Form များဖြည့်သည့်အခါတွင် အမှားများ တွေ့ရသည့်အတွက် လျှောက်လွှာများ ကုန်သည့်အချိန်မှ Download Form Link ကို ချပေးခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ယင်းကဲ့သို့ ပြုလုပ်လိုက်သည့်အတွက် စာဖြေသူများကို ပိုပြီး အနှောက်အယှက်ဖြစ်စေခဲ့သည့်အတွက် စိတ်မကောင်းဖြစ်ရပါသည်။
၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာလ စာမေးပွဲအတွက် လျှောက်လွှာလက်ခံခြင်းကို ဖြေဆိုလိုသူများအားလုံး ဖြေဆိုနိုင်ရန် နှင့် အဆင်ပြေချောမွေ့စွာ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ရန် ကြိုးစားစီစဉ်ပေးသွားပါမည်။
ကမ္ဘာ့ကပ်ရောဂါ COVID-19 ကို ထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်ပြီး အမြန်ဆုံးပျောင်ကင်းစေရန်နှင့် စာဖြေသူများအားလုံး ကမ္ဘာ့ကပ်ရောဂါဘေးမှ ကင်းဝေးပြီး စိတ်ချမ်းသာ လူကျန်းမာစွာဖြင့် ဒီဇင်ဘာလ စာမေးပွဲကို ၀င်ရောက်ဖြေဆိုနိုင်ပါစေလို့ ဆုတောင်းပေးလိုက်ပါတယ်နော်။
“ Mask လည်းတပ်ကြပါ၊ လက်လည်း မကြာခဏ ဆေးကြပါ၊ အိမ်မှာနြေ့ပီး ဂျပန်စာလေ့လာရင် COVID-19 ကို ကာကွယ်ကြပါစို့” နော် ။။။။

JLPT စာမေးပွဲကျင်းပရေး ကော်မတီ (မြန်မာ)

Notification of cancellation of JLPT Exam to be held in July 2020

1. The WHO declared Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) as Global Pandemic on March 11th, 2020. In Myanmar also, the Ministry of Health and Sports issued a statement on 17th April that it had also spread in Myanmar. So strict orders were issued for people to stay home as much as possible, to avoid crowded places, to keep social distance, to use face mask at all times whenever you leave the house and to keep a distance of at least 6 feet when communicating with others and to refrain from gathering of more than 5 persons at any one time.

2. Therefore, based on the above strict orders, the Japan Foundation (Yangon) and Myanmar Association of Japan Alumni (MAJA) decided on 5th July 2020, not to hold the forthcoming July JLPT exam scheduled to be held in Yangon, Mandalay and Bago in July 2020.

3. We have been informed similarly that some South East Asian countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, The Philippines also have cancelled their JLPT exam.

4. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

5. Concerning the cancellation of exam. The Japan Foundation Office of countries concerned, will carry out for applicants in accordance with the Instruction for Host Institution in JLPT as follows:

Applicants for July 2020 exam, can get back their exam fee (EXCLUDING APPLICATION FEE)

NOTE**** Date will be announced again based on Government announcement ****

1. For those applicants who do not wish to withdraw the exam fee,

a) This fee will be carried over to the next December 2020 JLPT exam.
b) Applicants may ONLY apply in accordance with LEVEL and TEST SITE applied in July 2020.
c) Must complete and submit NEW application for the month of December 2020 to sit for exam in December.
NOTE*** Date for December exam will be announced at a later date.

2. For those applicants who wish to withdraw their exam fee (full amount will be reimburse), (EXCLUDING application form fee ) The Japan Foundation has planned to do it from 5th July (date of JLPT exam) within about 1 month as follow :

a) For applicants as school group :
Cash refunds or bank transfers will be done.
b) Individual applicants :
Cash withdrawal can be done.

***** When retrieving exam fee; TEST VOUCHER or RECEIPT must be submitted.****

NOTE:
The dates for retrieving exam fee will be announced in line with the COVID-19 National guidelines.

Our humble apologies for all the inconveniences caused during the submission of application and most unfortunately, this 2020 July exam has been cancelled due to the current global pandemic.
We had expected certain increase of the applicants for all levels and made as much preparation as possible to make it smooth. Adding Bago as a new test site was one of the actions we took for the cause. However, when we started the application procedure, we found out more people than we had expected standed in long line and had to wait so long hours outside. Annually there are a lot of mistakes in filling up the downloaded form. That is why this year we distributed the downloadable forms only after the paper form had all finished. We regret to say that, this method seemed to have caused more confusion among the users.
We will try our utmost to make application for the forthcoming December 2020 exam as convenient and smoothly as possible.
I sincerely hope and wish the global pandemic will soon be under control and all of you to be safe and be able to take the forth coming December JLPT successfully.
Lastly, please use mask, wash your hands often, study your Japanese well during your stay home period and let's fight COVID-19 together.
