Key Responsibilities:
✅ Sales Target ရည်မှန်းချက်နှင့် အရောင်းစနစ်အောင်မြင်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။
✅ Staff Attendance, Work Scheduling, Performance Monitoring, Customer Complaint & Feedback အား စနစ်တကျ စောင့်ကြည့် & ဖြေရှင်းရန်။
✅ Daily / Weekly Sales & Inventory Report ကို Operation Manager သို့ တင်ပြရန်။
✅ Promotion & Marketing Campaign အား လိုက်နာပြီး စောင့်ကြည့်ရန်။
✅ Store Cleanliness, Display, Merchandising, Product Presentation စစ်ဆေးရန်။
✅ Staff Training / Onboarding လုပ်ငန်းအတွက် Support ပြုလုပ်ရန်။
📌Position Summary:
ဆိုင်တစ်ဆိုင် (branch) ၏ လုပ်ငန်းရပ်တည်မှု၊ Sales Target, Staff Management, Customer Satisfaction အား တာဝန်ယူ စီမံခန့်ခွဲ ရမည်။

📌 Position Summary
Sales & Marketing Manager သည် Company ၏ Retail နှင့် Wholesale Sales Channels နှစ်ခုလုံး၏ ရောင်းအား၊ အမြတ်အစွန်းနှင့် Market Growth တိုးတက်စေရန် Sales & Marketing Strategy များ ရေးဆွဲအကောင်အထည်ဖော်နိုင်ရမည်။
အရောင်းပိုင်းအတွက် Customer Acquisition, Dealer/Reseller Development, Sales Target, Pricing, Promotion, Brand Awareness နှင့် Sales Team Performance တို့ကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲပြီး Company ၏ Revenue နှင့် Market Share တိုးတက်လာစေရန် ဦးဆောင်ရမည်။

Education:
⚫ Bachelor ဘွဲ့ရ ၊, Marketing, Business Management သို့မဟုတ် ဆက်စပ်ဘွဲ့ရဖြစ်ရမည်။
⚫ MBA / Sales & Marketing Diploma ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
Experience:
⚫ Sales & Marketing လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး 5 Years နှင့် Manager/Supervisor Level အတွေ့အကြုံ 2–3 Years ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
⚫ Retail + FMCG Distribution/Wholesale နှစ်မျိုးလုံး အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသူ ပိုမိုသင့်တော်ပါသည်။
Required Skills:
Sales Planning, Retail Management, Wholesale/Distribution Management, Dealer Development, Digital Marketing, Pricing & Promotion, Sales Forecasting, Basic Financial/Profit Analysis, Negotiation, Leadership, Data Analysis နှင့် Advanced Excel/Reporting Skills များရှိရမည်။
