1. Asevanaca balanam; Not to associate with the foolish is the highest blessing.

၂။ ပဏ္ဍိတာနဉ္စ သေ၀နံ ပညာရှိသူတော်ကောင်းတို့နှင့်သာလျှင် ပေါင်းသင်းဆက်ဆံခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
2. Panditananca sevana; To associate only with the wise is the highest blessing.

၃။ ပူဇာ စ ပူဇနေယျာနံ = ပူဇော်ထိုက်သူကို ပူဇော်ခြင်းသည် မြင့်မြတ်သော မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
3. Pujaca Pujaneyyanam; To honour those who are worthly of honour is the highest blessing.

၄။ ပတိရူပဒေသဝါသော စ= သင့်လျှော်လျှောက်ပတ်သောအရပ်ဒေသမှာ နေထိုင်ခြင်းသည် မြင့်မြတ်သော မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
4. Patirupadesavaso ca; To dwell in a suitable locality is the
highest blessing.

၅။ ပုဗ္ဗေ စ ကတပုညတာ =ရှေ့အခါက ကြိုတင်ကောင်းမှုပြုလုပ်ထားပြီးခြင်းသည် မြင့်မြတ်သောမင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်သည်။
5. Pubbe ca Katapunnata; To have done meritorious deeds in the past is the highest blessing.

၆။ အတ်တသမ်မာပဏိဓိ စ=
မိမိကိုယ်ကို ကောင်းစွာ ထိန်းသိမ်းဆောက်တည်နိုင်ခြင်းသည် မြင့်မြတ်သော မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
6. Attasamma panidhi ca; To set one self in the right course is the highest blessing.

၇။ ဗာဟုသစ္စဉ္စ = များပြားကျယ်ပြန့်နှံ့စပ်သောလောကီ လောကုတ္တရာ အထွေထွေဗဟုသုတရှိ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
7. Bahusaccanca; To have a wide general knowledge in mundane and supramundane level is the highest blessing.

၈။ သိပ္ပဉ္စ = နည်းပညာနှင့် လက်မှုပညာတတ်ကျွမ်းခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
8. Sippanca; Being skillful in the technology and handicrafts is the highest blessing.

၉။ ဝိနယော စ သုသိက္ခိတော=လူ၀တ်ကြောင် နှင့် ရဟန်းသံဃာများအတွက် မြတ်ဗုဒ္ဓက ချမှတ်ပညတ်ထားသော ကျင့်၀တ်သိက္ခာများကို သင်ယူခြင်း လိုက်နာကျင့်ကြံခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
9. Vinayo ca susikkhito; Learning and abiding by the rules of conduct and disciplines laid down by the Buddha for lay devotees and monks is the highest blessing.

၁၀။ သုဘာသိတာ စ ယာ ဝါစာ =မှန်ကန်သော သာယာနာပျော်ဖွယ်ကောင်းသော အများအကျိုးရှိသော စကားကို ပြောဆိုခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
10. Subhasita ca yavaca; Speaking what is true, pleasant and beneficial to other is the highest blessing.

၁၁။ မာတာပိတုဥပဋ္ဌာနံ = မိဘနှစ်ပါးကို နီးနီးကပ်ကပ် ပြုစုလုပ်ကျွေးခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
11. Matapitu upalthanam; To attend closely to one’s parents is the highest blessing.

၁၂။ ပုတ္တဒါရဿ သင်္ဂဟော = ဇနီးမယား သမီးသားတို့ကို ကျွေးမွေးပြုစု ယုယခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
12. Puttadarassa Sangaho; To take care of one’s wife and children is a noble blessing.

၁၃။ အနကုလာ စ ကမ္မန္တာ = သင့်လျှော်လျှောက်ပတ်သောအချိန် သင့်လျှော်လျှောက်ပတ်သော အခြေအနေမှာ အပြစ်ကင်းသောအလုပ်ကို ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
13. Anakulaca Kammanta; To perform a faultless work at a proper time and under proper Circumstances is a noble blessing.

၁၄။ ဒါနဉ္စ =ဒါနကောင်းမှု ပြုလုပ်ခြင်းသည် ( ပေးကမ်းလှူဒါန်းခြင်းသည်) မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
14. Dananca; Performing acts of charity is the highest blessing.

၁၅။ ဓမ္မစရိယာ စ= ကုသိုလ်ကောင်းမှု ဆယ်မျိုးကို ပြုလုပ်လျက် ရိုးသားဖြောင့်မှန်စွာ နေထိုင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
15. Dhammacariya ca; To live righteously performing the ten kinds of meritorious deeds is a noble blessing.

၁၇။ အန၀ဇ္ဇာနိ ကမ္မာနိ= မိမိအကျိုး သူများအကျိုး ရွယ်သယ်ပိုးခြင်းနဲ့စပ်၍ အပြစ်တင် ကဲ့ရိဖွယ်မရှိသော အလုပ်ကို လုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
17. Anavajjani Kammani; To perform a blameless action associated with the welfare of oneself and other is a noble blessing.

၁၈။ အာရတီ ပါပါ= မကောင်းမှု ဒုစရိုက်၏မကောင်းသောအကျိုးဆက်များကို ကောင်းစွာသိလျက် မကောင်းမှုအားလုံးမှ ရှောင်ကြဉ်ရန် စိတ်ပိုင်းဖြတ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
18. Arati pa pa; To resolve mentally to refrain from committing all evils, knowing well the evil consequences of evil conduct is a noble blessing.

၁၉။ ဝိရတီ ပါပါ= ကာယဒုစ္စရိုက် သုံးပါး ၀စီဒုစရိုက် လေးပါးတို့မှ လက်တွေ့ရှောင်ကြဉ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
19. Virati pa pa; To refrain from committing three bodily evil deeds and four verbal evil deeds is a noble blessing.

၂၀။ မဇ္ဇပါနာ စ သံယမော = မည်သည့်အရက်သေစာ မူးယစ်ဆေးမျိုးကိုမဆို ရှောင်ကြဉ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
20. Majjapanaca Samyamo; To abstain from any intoxicating drink or drug is a noble blessing.

၂၁။ အပ္ပမာဒေါ စ ဓမ္မေသု = ကောင်းမှုကုသိုလ် ပြုလုပ်ဖို့ မမေ့လျော့ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
21. Appamado ca dhammesu; Not to be negligent in doing good deeds is a noble blessing.

၂၂။ ဂါရဝေါ စ= ရိုသေထိုက်သူကို ရိုသေခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
22. Garavo ca; To pay respect to those who are worthy of respect is a noble blessing.

၂၃။ နိဝါတော စ = မာန်မာန မထားဘဲ မိမိကိုယ်ကို နှိမ်ချပြီး ရိုးသားဖြောင့်မတ်စွာ နေထိုင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာဖြစ်ပါသည်။
23. Nivatoca; To be humble and modest without pride and conceit is a noble blessing.

၂၄။ သန္တုဋ္ဌိ စ= ရိုးရိုးသားသားနဲ့ မှန်မှန် ဆက်လက်အစွမ်းကုန်ကြိုးစားရမည်ဖြစ်သော် မိမိလက်ရှိပိုင်ဆိုင်ထားတာနဲ့ တင်းတိမ်ရောင့်ရဲနိုင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်သည်။
24. Santutthi ca : To be contented with whatever one possesses presently, although one must strive and work hard honestly and steadily is a noble blessing.

၂၅။ ကတညုတ= သူများပြုဖူးတဲ့ကျေးဇူးတရားကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုပြီး ပြန်လည်ပေးဆပ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
25. Katannuta : To acknowledge other’s gratitude and repay one’s debt of gratitude a noble blessing.

၂၆။ ကာလေန ဓမ္မဿ ၀နံ = ပစ္စုပ္ပန်ဘ၀မှာရော နောင်ဘ၀မှာပါ ကောင်းကျိုးချမ်းသာကို ပေးစွမ်းနိုင်သောတရားဓမ္မကို နာကြားခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
26. Kalena dhamma savanam : To listen to the dhamma which can lead one to prosperity in the present life as well as in future lives is a noble blessing.

၂၇။ ခန္တိ စ= ရန်ငြိုးအာဃာတမထားဘဲ သူတပါးတို့ ရန်စစော်ကားမှုကို ခွင့်လွတ်ပြီး သည်းခံခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
27. Khantica : To forgive the insult caused by other and be patient without bearing a grudge is a noble blessing.
၂၈။ သော၀စဿတာ= လူကြီး သူမနဲ့ပညာရှိပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များ ပေးသောအကြံဉာဏ်သြဝါဒတွေကို နာခံလွယ်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်သည်။
28. Sovacassata : To obey readily the advice given by elders and learned persons is a noble blessing.

၂၉။ သမဏာနဉ္စ ဒဿနံ = စင်ကြယ်သောစိတ်၊ စင်ကြယ်ကြောင်းအကျင့်ကို ကျင်သုံးနေသော ရဟန်း သူတော်စင်ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်များကို ဖူးမြင်ရခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
29.Samanananca dassanam : To see noble persons who have purified or are trying to purify their minds is a noble blessing.

၃၀။ ကာလေန ဓမ္မသာကစ္ဆာ = သင့်လျှော်လျှောက်ပတ်သောအချိန်မှာ ပညာရှိပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တိုနှင့် တရားအကြောင်းဆွေးနွေးခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်သည်။
30. Kalena dhammasakaccha : Discussion of the dhamma with learned persons at the proper time is a noble blessing.

၃၁။ တပေါ စ= ကိလေသာအားလုံး ခန်းခြောက်စေရန် ဣနြေ္ဒကို ထိန်းချုပ်လျက် ခြိုးခြံသောအကျင့်ကို ကျင့်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
31. Tapo ca : To practise austerity by controlling one’s sense faculties in order to scorch all defilements is a noble blessing.

၃၂။ ဗြဟ္မစရိယာ စ= သစ္စာလေးပါးမြတ်တရားကို ထိုးထွင်းသိမြင်ခြင်းအကျိုးငှာ မြတ်မြတ်သောအကျင့်ကို ကျင့်သုံးခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
32. Brahmacariyanca : To undertake the noble practice in order to realize the four noble truths is a noble blessing.

၃၃။ အရိယသစ္စာန ဒဿနံ = တဆင့်ချင်း မဂ်စိတ်လေးပါးဖြင့် သစ္စာလေးပါး မြတ်တရားကို ထိုးထွင်းသိမြင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
33. Ariyasaccana dassanam : To realize the four Noble Truths with four Path- consciousnesses stage by stage is a noble blessing.

၃၄။ နိဗ္ဗာန သစ္ဆိကိရိယာ စ= နိဗ္ဗာန်ကို မျက်မှောက်ပြု၍ သန္တိသုခဖြစ်သော အမြင့်ဆုံးချမ်းသာကို ခံစားခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
34. Nibbana sacchikiriya ca : To realize Nibbana and enjoy the highest bliss is a noble blessing.

၃၅။ ဖုဋ္ဌဿ လောကဓမ္မေဟိ စိတ္တံ ယဿ နကမ္ပတိ= လောကဓံ ရှစ်ပါးနဲ့ ကြုံတွေ့ရသော်လည်း မတုန်လှုပ်သောစိတ်နဲ့ ခိုင်မြဲတည်တံ့စွာရပ်တည်နိုင်ခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
35. Phuthssa Lokadhammehi Cittam yassa na Kampati : To stand steadfastly with an unshaken mind associated with eight worldly condition is a noble blessing.

(၁) လာဘ ... ပစ္စည်းဥစ္စာရခြင်း
(၂) အလာဘ.. ပစ္စည်း ဥစ္စာမရခြင်း
(၃) ယသ ... အခြွေအရံပေါများခြင်း
(၄)အယသ . .အခြွေအရံမရှိခြင်း
(၅)နိန္ဒာ... အကဲ့အရဲ့ခံခြင်း
(၆) ပသံသာ.. အချီးမွမ်းခံရခြင်း
(၇) သုခံ.. ချမ်းသာခြင်း
(၈) ဒုက္ခံ ....... ဆင်းရဲခြင်း ။
The eight worldly condition are;
(1) Labha ....= Gain
(2)Alabha.....= Loss
(3)Yassa..,,,,.= Fame
(4) Ayassa....= Dishonour
(5) Ninda......= Blame
(6) Pasansa...= Praise
(7) Sukha......= Well being
(8) Dukkha...= Misery.


၃၇။ အသောကံ= စိုးရိမ်သောက မှန်သမျှ ကင်းပခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
36. Asokam. : To be free from all worries is a noble blessing.

၃၇။ ဝိရဇံ= ကိလေသာမြူ မှန်သမျှ မှ လွတ်ကင်းသောစိတ်ရှိခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်ပါသည်။
37. Virajam : To have a mind free from the dust of all defilements is a noble blessing.

၃၈။ ခေမံ = ကိလေသာရန်မှန်သမျှ လွတ်မြောက်သော စိတ်ရှိခြင်းသည် မင်္ဂလာတစ်ပါးဖြစ်သည်။
38. Khemam : To possess a peaceful mind free from all dangers of defilements is a noble blessing.
