The Subject Request Period has been announced.

Please check the schedule carefully and submit your Subject Request Form between August 3 - 31, 2026.

All request forms must be submitted to the Department Head, Academic Dean, and Registrar within the specified period.

Please make sure to submit your request before the deadline, as late requests may not be accepted.

NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS

All students are requested to carefully check their personal information during the verification period: July 14–16, 2026.
Please check the information at the following locations:
Boarding Girls: Girls' Dormitory Bulletin Board
Boarding Boys: Boys' Dormitory Bulletin Board
Day Students: Administration Building Bulletin Board
If you find any incorrect or missing information, please report it immediately to Tr. Man Dik or Tr. May Chit Su for correction.
Important:
You have only three (3) days (July 14–16, 2026) to verify your information.
After the verification period, the information will be finalized and processed for the production of Student Smart ID Cards.
No corrections will be accepted after July 16, 2026. The Office of Student Administration will not be responsible for any errors that were not reported during the verification period.
