စွန့်လွှတ်အနစ်နာခံမှုနှင့် ရွေးချယ်မှု
Can I ask about your views on Sacrifice?
Everybody here is aware of the enormous personal sacrifice that you have been made. How do you explain them on a personal level?
ကိုယ်ကျိုးစွန့် အနစ်နာခံမှူနဲ့ ပါတ်သက်လို့ မင်းရဲ့ အမြင်လေး မေးပါရစေ။ မင်းဟာ အများကြီး ကိုယ်ကျိုးစွန့် အနစ်နာခံခဲ့တယ်ဆိုတာ ဒီမှာရှိတဲ့ လူတိုင်း အားလုံးသိပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်တွေ့နဲ့ ဘယ်လိုရှင်းပြမလဲ။

Well, as I said earlier, I don't think of them as sacrifices.
These were choices I made Because... What exactly do you mean by a sacrifice?
It is giving up something. But if you are giving up something for something that means more to you, it isn't really giving up, isn't it? It's a choice.
အစောတုန်းက ပြောသလိုပဲ ကိုယ်ကျိုးစွန့်အနစ်နာခံမှုတွေလို့ သဘောမထားပါဘူး။ ရွေးချယ် မှုတွေလို့ ပြောရမှာပါ။ ကိုယ်ကျိုးစွန့်မှုကို တိတိကျကျ ဘယ်လို ဖွင့်ဆိုမလဲ။ တစ်ခုခု စွန့်လွှတ်မှုပေါ့။ ဒါပေမဲ့ မိမိအတွက် ပိုအရေးကြီးတဲ့ တခြားအရာအတွက် တစ်ခုခု စွန့်လွှတ်ရင် ကိုယ်ကျိုးစွန့်မှု လုံးဝမဟုတ်ဘူးလေ။ ရွေးချယ်မှုပါ။

The four basic ingredients for success
အောင်မြင်ခြင်း အဓိပတိတရား(၄)
In Buddhism, we are taught there are four basic ingredients.
ဗုဒ္ဓဘာသာမှာ အောင်မြင်ခြင်း အဓိပတ်တရား(၄)ပါး ကို သွန်သင်ဆုံးမပါတယ်။
1။ first of all, you must have the will to want something
ပထမဦးဆုံး တစ်ခုခု လိုချင်တဲ့ ဆန္ဒရှိရပါမယ်။
2။ must. have the right kind of attitude
မှန်ကန်သည့်စိတ်နေစိတ်ထား ရှိရပါမည်
3။ must have wisdom
ပညာရှိရမည်
4။ must have perseverance
လုံ့လဝီရိယ ရှိရမည်
and so you combine these four, and you get where you want to get to.
အဲ့ဒီလေးပါးစလုံးပြည့်စုံရင် မိမိလိုရာ ပန်းတိုင်းကို အရောက်လှမ်းနိုင်ပြီလေ။

as long as (idm)ရဲ့ အသုံးလေးတွင်ကျယ်ပုံနှင့် အသုံးအနှုန်းလှပုံလေး တင်ပြပေးသွားပါမယ်။
အဓိပ္ပါယ်ကတော့ သမျှ၊ သ​ေရွ့ ၊ကာလပါတ်လုံး
As long as you do nothing, nothing will change in your life.
ပြောင်းလဲဖို့ မင်းမလုပ်သရွေ့ကတော့ မင်းဘဝမှာ ဘာမှ ပြောင်းလဲမှာမဟုတ်ဘူး။
As long as you are faithful to me, I will never betray to you.
ငါ့ပေါ် သစ္စာရှိနေသရွေ့ ငါမင်းပေါ် သစ္စာမဖောက်ပါဘူး။

hiccup ကို ကျွန်တော်တို့ အများစုသိထားတာက ကြို့ထိုးသည်၊ ကြို့ထိုးခြင်းဆိုပိးသိထားပါတယ်။
hiccup (n)ကြို့ထိုးခြင်း၊ယာယီပြဿနာ၊ အထစ်အငေါ့၊ ပြဿနာအသေးအဖွဲလို့ အဓိပ္ပါယ်ရတယ်။
(v) ကြို့ထိုးသည်။
The donation ceremony ended without any hiccup.
အလှုူပွဲ အထစ်အငေါ့မရှိပဲ ပြိးဆုံးသွားတယ်။
There may be hiccup even though we have planned it very well.
ဒါကို အစီအစဥ် ကောင်းကောင်းကြိး ဆွဲခဲ့ပြီးပေမဲ့ အထစ်အငေါ့လေးတော့ ရှိနိုင်တယ်။
