Roofing work တွင် အသုံးများသော Gable Roof ၊Hip Roof ၊ Roof truss တို့ကို တွက်နိုင်ရန် ထည့်သွင်းသင်ကြားပေးထားပါသည်။

Estimate တွင် ပြည့်စုံစေရန် Work Item-30 ကျော်ဖြင့် သင်ကြားပေးပါမည်။

Archi & Stru Dwg ကြည့်နည်းများအပြင် Dwg မှ Detail of measurement တွက်ချက်နည်းကို အလွယ်ကူဆုံးနှင့် နားလည်အလွယ်ဆုံးဖစ်အောင် Notes များဖြင့် အသေးစိတ် သင်ကြားထားပါသည်။

Detail of measurement, Builder's Estimate, Abstract of cost, Bills of Quantity & Grand Summary တို့ကို မြန်ဆန်စေရန် Excel ဖြင့် link ချိတ်နည်း၊ Formula များအသုံးပြုနည်း များဖြင့် သင်ကြားပေးထားပါသည်။

Tender estimate ၊ Private building estimate များကွာခြားပုံများ၊ Analysis of Rate (Yellow book) ကြည့်နည်းများ၊ စျေးနှုန်းစာအုပ်ကြည့်နည်းများ ၊တင်ဒါလုပ်ငန်းများတွင် မဖြစ်မနေ သိထားရမည့် တည်ကော်ဖြတ်ခြင်းများ နှင့် စာရင်းစစ်ခံနိုင်သည့် estimate ဖြစ်ရန် ၁၀ နှစ်တာ အတွေ့ကြုံများအား sharing လုပ်ရင်းသင်ကြားပေးပါမည်။
