GRN ဆိုတာ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံပြေစာပါ။

ကုန်ပစ္စည်း လက်ခံမယ့် စတိုဝန်ထမ်းက ကုန်သယ် ( supplier ) လာပို့မယ့် ကုန်ပစ္စည်းရဲ့ အရေအတွက် နဲ့ အရေအသွေးကို purchase order နှင့် တိုက်ဆိုင် စစ်ဆေးပြီး ကုန်ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံပြေစာ ( GRN ) ရေးရပါတယ်။

GRN တွင် စတိုဝန်ထမ်းရဲ့ လက်မှတ်ပါရှိ ရပါမည်။

GRN ကို စတိုဝန်ထမ်းမှ
- ကုန်ပစ္စည်းလာပို့သူကို 1 စောင်
- Purchase department ကို 1 စောင်
- Finance/ Account department ကို 1 စောင်
- Store/ warehouse မှ 1 စောင်

ပေးပို့ ရပါမည်။ ဒါကတော့ လုပ်ငန်းရဲ့ nature , size ပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး ပေးရမယ့် အစောင်အရေအတွက် ကွာခြားန်ိုင်ပါသည်။

Finance/ Account department မှ supplier ထံမှ ငွေတောင်းခံပြေစာ (Invoice) ရလာခဲ့လျှင် ပိုက်ဆံချက်ချင်းပေးလို့မရသေးပါ။

- Quotation ( if any )
- ကုန်ဝယ် ပစ္စည်းအမှာ (Purchase order)
- ကုန်ပစ္စည်းလက်ခံပြေစာ ( GRN )
- ငွေတောင်းခံပြေစာ (Invoice)

ပါသော အချက်အလက် တွေကို သေချာစွာစစ်ဆေးပြီး မှန်ကန်မှသာ payment ပေးလို့ ရပါမည်။

စစ်ဆေးရမည့် အချက်များမှာ -
- Invoice မှာပါတဲ့ အရေအတွက် (Qty) = GRN မှာပါတဲ့ အရေအတွက် (Qty)
- Invoice မှာပါတဲ့ စျေးနူန်း (price) = Quotation မှာပါတဲ့ စျေးနူန်း (price)
- Invoice မှာ price x Qty မြှောက်ကြည့်ပါ။
- Total amount မှန်မမှန် ပေါင်းကြည့်ပါ။

Payment ပေးပြီးရင် Quotation၊ Purchase order၊ GRN၊
Invoice နှင့် Debit voucher ( ငွေပေးပြေစာ ) တို့ကို တွဲပြီး files တွဲထားရပါမည်။

Bank reconciliation statements ဆိုတာ လုပ်ငန်းမှာ မှတ်ထားတဲ့ ဘဏ်စာရင်း နှင့် ဘဏ်ဘက်က ရလာတဲ့ bank statements ကို တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးတာပါ။

များသော အားဖြင့် တစ်လ တစ်ကြိမ် လကုန် မှာ လုပ်ပါတယ်။

လုပ်ငန်းမှာ မှတ်ထားတဲ့ ဘဏ်စာရင်း လက်ကျန် ပမာဏ နှင့် ဘဏ်ဘက်က ရလာတဲ့ bank statements ရဲ့ လက်ကျန် ပမာဏ တို့ဟာ တူညီသင့်ပါတယ်။

မတူညီရင် reconciliation လုပ်ဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။

Step 1 : Bank Statements ကို ဘဏ်မှ ယူပါ

Step 2: လုပ်ငန်းမှာ မှတ်ထားသော ဘဏ်စာရင်း နှင့် Bank Statements တို့ကို တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးပါ။

Step 3 : Bank Statement မှာ ပါပြီး၊ လုပ်ငန်းမှာ မှတ်ထားတဲ့ ဘဏ်စာရင်းစာအုပ်တွင် မပါသေးသော အကြောင်းအရာများ စာရင်းသွင်းပါ။
Eg., bank charges, Internet and phone bill …

Step 4 : လုပ်ငန်းမှာ မှတ်ထားတဲ့ ဘဏ်
စာရင်းစာအုပ် မှာ ပါပြီး၊ Bank Statement မှာ မပါသေးအကြောင်းအရာများသည် များသောအားဖြင့် timing difference ကြောင့် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

****Unusual or error transaction များ ပါလာဖြင့် စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေး ဖို့ လိုပါတယ်။

2. Identify the performance obligations in the contract:

Performance obligations are promises in a contract to transfer goods or services to the customer.

3. Determine the transaction price:

The transaction price is the amount of consideration to which an entity expects to be entitled in exchange for transferring promised goods or services.

4. Allocate the transaction price to the performance obligations:

This involves allocating the transaction price to each performance obligation based on the relative standalone selling prices.

5. Recognize revenue when (or as) the entity satisfies a performance obligation:

Revenue is recognized when control of the goods or services is transferred to the customer.

Example: Telecom Contract

Scenario: AAA Telecom enters into a contract with a customer, John, who subscribes to a 12-month plan for $ 100 per month. As part of the contract, John receives a free handset at the start, which AAA sells separately handset for $ 300 and $80 per month for network.

Application of the 5-Step Model:

The contract is the 12-month subscription agreement between AAA Telecom and John.

2. Identify the performance obligations:

There are two performance obligations:
*Providing network services for 12 months.

4. Allocate the transaction price:

*Standalone selling price of the handset: $ 300.
*Standalone selling price of the monthly plan: $ 80 x 12 months = $ 960.
*Total standalone selling prices: $ 1,260.

Allocation:
