Job Title- HR & Admin Executive
Department – HR & Admin Department
Location -Chan Mya Tharsi Township,Mandalay.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources (HR) Management
•Recruitment & Selection: Post job openings on various platforms, screen incoming resumes/CVs, schedule interviews, and assist department heads in the hiring process.
•Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare employment contracts, conduct orientation for new hires regarding company policies, arrange employee ID cards, and handle exit interviews and clearance for departing staff.
•Attendance & Payroll Assistance: Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and overtime (OT) logs. Prepare accurate data for monthly payroll processing.
•Employee Records & Database: Maintain and regularly update physical and digital employee personal files, ensuring strict confidentiality.
•Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, or suggestions, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
2. Office Administration
•Office Supplies & Inventory: Procure and manage office stationery, pantry supplies, and utilities, ensuring items are adequately stocked and well-budgeted.
•Facilities Management: Oversee office cleanliness, security, and maintenance of office equipment (e.g., printers, air conditioners, internet connection).
•Documentation & Correspondence: Handle incoming/outgoing couriers, maintain corporate files, and draft official internal memos or announcements.
•Travel & Event Coordination: Arrange travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation) for management/staff and coordinate company events, meetings, or team-building activities.
Job Requirements
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Professional HR diplomas/certifications are highly advantageous).
•Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a combined HR and administrative role.
•Technical Skills: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
