Position: Young Learner English Teacher
Location: Online
Employment Type: Part-time
Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons to young learners, ensuring their continuous progress in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Utilize creative teaching techniques and resources to make learning enjoyable and interactive for students.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning and encourages student participation.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents/guardians to support student development and address any concerns or challenges.
• Stay updated on current teaching methodologies and language learning trends to enhance teaching practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus).
• Previous experience teaching English to young learners is preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with children and create a positive learning atmosphere.
• Patience, flexibility, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage classroom activities effectively.
• Knowledge of educational technology and the ability to integrate it into the classroom.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for teaching young learners.
