Salary: 350000+other allowances (Can nego Based on Experience)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Off Day: 4 days in a month (Based on site situation) & Public Holidays
Site Location: Pathein Gyi Tsp, Mandalay.
Job Description

- site labor နှင့် subcontractors များကို နေ့စဉ်ကြီးကြပ် စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမယ် ၊
- site အတွင်းလိုအပ်တဲ့ materials များကို တွက်ချက်နိုင်ရမယ် ၊
- Archi Drawing, Structure Drawing များကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ နားလည်၍ အလုပ်သမားများကို supervision လုပ်ပေးနိုင်ရမည် ၊ BQ နဲ့ material control လုပ်နိုင်ရမယ်
- လုပ်ငန်းခွင် တွင် တွေ့ကြုံလာနိုင်တဲ့ technical issues များကိုလည်းကိုင်တွယ် ဖြေရှင်း နိုင်ရမယ် ၊
- လုပ်ကွက် ၊ schedule များကို စီမံနိုင်ရမယ် ၊
- Drawing အတိုင်းလုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး ၊ quality control လည်း နိုင်ရပါမယ် ၊
- ဓာတ်ပုံ မှတ်တမ်းနှင့်တကွ viber group တွင် နေ့စဉ် report တင်ပေးရပါမယ် ၊
-Job Requirements

-BE - Civil
-Understand in AutoCAD 2D,3D & MS office
-Experience at least 2 years in related field
-Work Ethic
-Interpersonal & Flexibility skills
-Teamwork & Communication skills
