ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့ post တုန်းက acid in the nucleus (nucleus ထဲက acid) ဖြစ်လို့ nucleic acid လို့ခေါ်ကြောင်း ပြောခဲ့ပြီးပါပြီ

အခု nucleic acid အကြောင်းဆက်ပြောပါမယ်

Nucleic acid ကို polymer of nucleotides လို့သိရပါမယ် အဓိပ္ပါယ်က nucleic acid သည် nucleotides များစွာဖြင့် ဖွဲ့စည်းတည်ဆောက်ထားပါသည်ပေါ့

Nucleotide တခုချင်းကို N လို့သတ်မှတ်လိုက်မယ်ဆိုရင် N တွေအများကြီးချိတ်ဆက်ထားတာ Nucleic acid ပေါ့

Nucleic acid= N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N-N ပေါ့
N တွေကြားက (-) လေးက ထုံးစံအတိုင်း ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးထားတဲ့ Bonds တွေပေါ့

Nucleic acids တွေက negative charge (အမဓါတ်) ရှိပါတယ်
Nucleus ထဲမှာရှိတဲ့ DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid) က positive charge (အဖိုဓါတ်) ရှိတဲ့ Histones လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ protein နဲ့ပေါင်းထားပြီး chromosomes (ခရိုမိုဆုမ်း) ဖြစ်လာပါတယ်
Chromosomes= DNA + Histones ပေါ့
Organisms တွေကို chromosomes နဲ့ဆက်စပ်ပြီး ၂ မျိုးခွဲကြပါတယ်
Prokaryotes နဲ့ Eukaryotes ဆိုပြီးပေါ့
သူတို့အကြောင်းကတော့ ရှေ့က post တခုရေးခဲ့ဖူးပါတယ်

Nature of Chromosome ( number and shape ) ခရိုမိုဆုမ်းရဲ့သ‌ေဘာသဘာဝ( အရေအတွက်နဲ့ပုံသဏ္ဍန်)ပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး
Prokaryote and eukaryote ဆိုပြီးခွဲလို့ရပါတယ်
Prokaryote တွေမှာ single and circular shaped chromosome ရှိပြီး
Eukaryote တွေမှာ multiple and linear shaped chromosome ရှိပါတယ်
အကြမ်းဖျင်းပြောရရင် prokaryote တွေဟာ bacteria တွေဖြစ်ပါတယ်
Eukaryote တွေက all animals including mammals (နို့တိုက်သတ္တဝါအပါအဝင်)၊ အပင်တွေပါဝင်ပါတယ်
နောက်post မှာတော့ chromosome အကြောင်းရှင်းပြပေးပါမယ်

Depending on the number of cells present in organisms
သက်ရှိတွေမှာ ပါဝင်ဖွဲ့စည်းထားတဲ့ cell အရေအတွက်ပေါ်မူတည်ပြီး

Unicellular organisms (ဆဲလ်တခုတည်းဖြင့်ဖွဲ့စည်း) နဲ့ multicellular organisms (ဆဲလ်များစွာဖြင့်ဖွဲ့စည်း) လို့ ခွဲလို့ရပါတယ်

Multicellular organisms တွေမှာ မတူညီတဲ့ cells အမျိုးအစားတွေပါဝင်ပါတယ်
Cells တွေပေါင်းရင် tissues
Tissues တွေပေါင်းရင် Organs တွေဖြစ်လာပါတယ်

ခုနကပြောခဲ့သလိုပဲ မတူတဲ့ cells တွေ tissues တွေ ပေါင်းပြီး ဖြစ်လာတဲ့ မတူညီတဲ့ organs တွေမှာ မတူညီတဲ့ functions တွေရှိပါတယ်

အဆုတ်(lung) နှလုံး (heart) အသည်း (liver) ကျောက်ကပ် (kidney) စသဖြင့်ပေါ့

သက်ရှိတွေရဲ့ ‌အခြေခံအလုပ်လုပ်တဲ့ ယူနစ်က ?

Living organisms ဆိုတာမှာ animals (လူအပါအဝင်), plants, bacteria နဲ့ virus တွေ ပါဝင်ပါတယ်
