Proud of me Vs Proud of myself 🤔

အရင်တစ်ခါတုန်းက နာမည်ကြီး cele တစ်ယောက်က proud of me ဆိုပြီး ပို့စ် တင်လိုက်တာ ပွဲ ထဖြစ်ကြပါလေရော 😅

Proud of me လို့ရေးရင် မှားသလား ❓❓
မှားတယ်လို့ ပြောလို့တော့ မရပါဘူး ဒါပေမယ့် acceptable မဖြစ်ဘူးလို့ပြောရမယ်

Let's look at some examples:
_ My parents were proud of me when I got high marks in the exam. ✅✅
_I am proud of me after getting a degree.❌❌

ဘာကြောင့် မှားရတာလဲ အောက်က စာကြောင်းက ❓❓
Reflexive pronoun ကနေ စပြောရမှာပဲဗျ
(အကြမ်းအားဖြင့် ပြောရလျှင် Sentence တစ်ကြောင်းမှာ Subj နဲ့ Obj ကတစ်ယောက်ထဲဆိုလျှင် reflexive pronoun ကို သုံးရတယ်)

ဥပမာ

U Mya Maung is proud of himself when he has been selected as a member of parliament. (Sub နေရာနဲ့ obj နေရာလူက တစ်ယောက်ထဲမို့ reflexive ကိုသုံးလိုက်တာပါ *him လို့မသုံးရဘူးနော်❌)

အာ့ဆိုရင် နားလည်လောက်ပါပီ
ကိုက ကိုယ့်ကိုကို ဂုဏ်ယူရင် I am proud of myself ❤️
သူများက ကို့ကို ဂုဏ်ယူရင် They are proud of me ❤️

ကျွန်တော်က မန္တလေးမှ ထွက်ခွာသည်ကို English လို ဘယ်လိုရေးကြမလဲ ⭐
I leave from Mandalay. လို့ရေးမိနေကြပီလား
ကိုယ်ဟာ English စာနဲ့ ဝေးကွာနေတဲ့သူတွေဆိုမှားတတ်ပါတယ်
ဒီလိုလေးရေးရတယ်ဗျ
Example (1) I leave Mandalay.
Leave ရဲ့အဓိပ္ပာယ်က မှထွက်ခွာသည် ဖြစ်လို့ from မလိုအပ်ပါဘူးဗျ

Example (2) I left Mandalay for Yangon yesterday.
ကျွန်တော်မနေ့က မန္တလေးမှ ရန်ကုန်သို့ ထွက်ခွာခဲ့သည်။
❌❌ I left Mandalay to Yangon. လို့ မသုံးရဘူးနော်
Example(3) When I arrived home, my father had already left for work.
Leave for လို့သုံးသွားတာ မြင်တွေ့ရမှာပါ 🌟

နောက်တစ်ခုက leave something to do something အသုံးပါ
Example (4) He left school to start his own business.
သူဟာကိုယ်ပိုင်လုပ်ငန်းလုပ်ဖို့ ကျောင်းထွက်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။
Example (5) James left work early to make a family party.
ဂျိမ်းစ် ဟာ မိသားစု ပါတီလေး လုပ်ဖို့ အလုပ်စောစော ပြန်ခဲ့ပါတယ်

Due to Vs Because of

သူတို့နှစ်ခုလုံးက ဘာကိုပြလဲဆိုရင် အကြောင်းပြတာမျိုးပေါ့ Englishလိုပြောရင် cause and effect relationship သဘောမျိုးပေါ့ 👌ဒါပေမယ့် သူ့နေရာနဲ့ သူပဲနော် ဖလှယ်ပြီး သုံးလို့မရဘူး ❌❌
သိချင်ရင် ဆက်ဖတ်နော် 😜

(Both 'due to' and 'because of' show a cause-and-effect relationship. However they are not technically interchangeable)
အင်္ဂလိပ်လိုလေးလဲ ဖတ်ကြည့်ကြနော် 😜

အသုံးပြုပုံ (Usage)
The difference between the two of them is that 'due to' modifies noun and 'because of' only emphasizes verb.
***Due to က ဘာကို အလေးအနက်ပေး ဖော်ပြလဲ ဆိုတော့ နာမ် (noun) ကို အလေးပေး ဖော်ပြပြီးသုံးတယ်

***Because ofကတော့ ကြိယာ (Verb)ကို အလေးပေးတာပေါ့

Let's look at some examples 😜

Eg(1) The meeting was cancelled due to heavy rain. ❌❌❌❌(အစည်းအဝေးကို မိုးသည်းထန်စွာ ရွာသောကြောင့် ဖျတ်လိုက်တယ်)

Eg(2) The meeting was cancelled because of heavy rain. ✅✅✅✅

ဥပမာ (၂)က အမှန်ပါ because of သည် 'cancel' ဆိုတဲ့ verb ကို အထူးပြုတာပါ အာ့နေရာ due to သုံးမိရင် မှန်သလိုလိုနဲ့ မှားပါပြီ ဂရုစိုက်ကြနော်

Due to နဲ့သုံးပြမယ်နော်
Eg (3) The meeting's cancellation was due to heavy rain. ✅✅✅
Due to က cancellation ဆိုတဲ့ Noun ကို အထူးပြုလိုက်တာပါ
ကဲ ဒီလောက်ဆို သဘောပေါက်လောက်ပီနော် ဥပမာတွေ ထပ်ကြည့်ရအောင် 😬

Eg (4) Her business failed because of current political affairs.✅
Eg (5) Her business failure was due to current political affairs.✅
(သူမ စီးပွားရေးကျရှုံးမှုဟာ လတ်တလော နိုင်ငံရေးကိစ္စတွေကြောင့် ဖြစ်တယ်)

Eg(6) His company achieved because of his perseverance.
Eg (7)The achievement of the company was due to his perseverance.
(သူ့ကုမ္မဏီရဲ့အောင်မြင်မှုဟာ သူ၏ဇွဲလုံ့လကြောင့်ဖြစ်တယ်)
