🚨 What is “No Home” in Project-Oriented Organizations? 🍀

In project-based organizations, it's common to face a situation called “No Home” — especially when a project ends and the team is disbanded.

➡️ The employee is no longer assigned to any project

➡️ They don’t have a direct supervisor anymore

➡️ Their role or future assignment becomes unclear

This uncertainty is what we call a “No Home” situation.

👷‍♂️ Simple Example –

Let’s say a civil engineer is assigned to Project A (a construction project).

After Project A is completed…

👉 Project B or C hasn’t started yet

👉 The engineer isn’t assigned to any new project

👉 There’s no current reporting manager

👉 They don’t belong to any team right now

This is exactly what we mean by “No Home.” 🏠❌
