We are delighted to welcome Gunnar Myhre to Yangon International School as a Grade 5 Classroom Teacher.

Gunnar studied at Western Washington University and brings experience working with young learners through three years of preschool teaching and a year-long elementary teaching internship. Gunnar's passion for education and commitment to supporting student growth make Gunnar a valuable addition to our Elementary School team.

We look forward to the energy, enthusiasm, and dedication Gunnar will bring to the classroom and to our learning community.

We are pleased to welcome Landon Paul Thurber-Dean to Yangon International School's Middle School team.

With 15 years of teaching experience and an international career that includes Spain, Turkey, South Korea, and Taiwan, Landon brings a strong background in both Science and Mathematics education. His passion for inquiry, problem-solving, and student-centered learning will be a tremendous asset to our school community.
