ဆရာ ဆရာမ အမြန်အလိုရှိသည်။ Teacher Training ပေးမည်။ လစာ ညှိနှိုင်းဖြစ်၍ အတွေ့ကြုံရှိသည် ဖြစ်စေ အတွေ့ကြုံမရှိသည်ဖြစ်စေ လာရောက် လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။ အနည်းဆုံး ၁၀တန်းအောင်ဖြစ်၍ အင်္ဂလိပ် intermediate level ရှိပါက အလုပ်ခန့်အပ်မည် ဖြစ်သည်။

ဒီကျောင်းမှာ ဆရာ/ ဆရာမ လုပ်ရင် အခြားသော ကျောင်းများထက်အခွင့်ရေးများစွာ ပညာများစွာရရှိမည်ကို အသိပေးလိုပါတယ်။
