Fresher Engineer တွေ အတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ပါသည်။

ပထမဆုံး Site မှာ အလုပ်လုပ်မည်ဆိုလျှင်
Archi Drawing
Structure Drawing
Specification ကို အရင်လေ့လာသင့်ပါတယ်။
Company ထံမှ ရအောင်တောင်းပါ။
တစ်ချို့ က သုံးမျိုးလုံးမပေးပဲ ထားတာမျိုးရှိပါတယ်။
Specifications အတိုင်းမလိုက်နာ တဲ့ Site Engineer တွေ တွေ့ဖူးပါတယ်။ သူတို့ကိုပြောရင် သိလည်းမသိကျ ပါဘူး ။ မမြင်ဖူးဘူးလို့တောင် ပြောတဲ့ Engineer တွေရှိလို့ပါ။ အဲကြောင့် အလုပ်လုပ်မယ် ဆိုလျှင် သေချာတောင်းပါ။
ပြီးရင် လေ့လာပါ ။ နားလည်အောင် ဖတ်ပါ။

ဒုတိယကတော့
Work schedule လုပ်ထားပါ
Record form တစ်ခု သေချာ လုပ်ထားပါ။

ဒီနှစ်ချက်ကတော့ project ရရင် အရင်ဆုံးလုပ်သင့်တဲ့ အရာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

နောက် sharing တွေမှာ site ထဲမှာ ရောက်ရင် လိုအပ်တဲ့ အချက်တွေကိုရှင်းပြသွားပါမယ်။

Preliminary Estimate Calculation ကို sharing လုပ်ပေးပါ့မယ်။

PAE Method
Total cost=Total Plinth AreaxPAE rate
PAE rate=Total cost/Total Plinth Area

eg
Building ကုန်ကျ စရိတ်က 1000 Ks ကျလျှင်
Building ရဲ့ အကျယ် အဝန်းက 10x10 ဖြစ်ပါက
PAE rate = 1000/(10×10)= 10 Ks/ft2 ပါ

CCE Method

CCE method ကိုတော့ concrete casting လောင်းတဲ့ အလုပ်သမားမ​ျားကို တွက်ချက်ပေးရာတွင် အသုံးများကြပါတယ်။

eg
Footing=3x3×1 = 9 cuft
Cuft ကနေ Sud (ကျင်း) ပြောင်းရပါမယ်
Sud =Cuft/ 100 ပါ
Conrete ကျောက်လောင်းခ တစ်ကျင်း လျှင်
ဘယ်လောက်ဆိုပြီး ရှင်းပေးရပါမယ်။

Footrun Estimate(ks/ft)

လက်သမားဆရာများကို လုပ်အားခရှင်းရမှာ အသုံးများကြပါတယ်။
Beam / column တစ်ချောင်း အရှည် 10 ft ရှိပါက
တစ်ပေ ကို 300 ks ကျပါက လုပ်အားခ 3000 ကျပါမည်။

Formwork များကို ပေရှည်တွက်ပါက
Beam = (2H+B)L
Column=2(L+B)H

Lumpsum Estimate

ပုဒ်ပြတ် ပေးတာပါ။

မြေကွက် တစ်ခုကိုရှင်းပါက နှစ်သောင်းခွဲ ဖြင်​့ အပြီး ရှင်းလင်းချင်းကို ပုဒ်ပြတ်ပေးခြင်းလို့ခေါ်ပါတယ်။

(2) Detailed Estimate

Preliminary Estimate ကိုလေးပိုင်း ထပ်ခွဲလိုက်ရင်
(1) Plinth Area Estimate(PAE)
(2)Cubical contest Estimate (CCE)
(3)Footrun Estimate
(4)Lumpsum Estimate ဆိုပြီးရှိပါတယ်
Preliminary Estimate ကို များသောအားဖြင့် site engineer နှင်​့ contractor တွေမှာ
အသုံးများကြပါတယ်

Detailed estimate မှာဆိုရင်
Details of Measurement
Builder's Estimate
Bill of Quantity
Abstract of Cost
Summary ဆိုပြီးရှိပါတယ်။

Next Sharing တွေမှာ
Preliminary Estimate နှင့် Detailed Estimate တွက်ချက် မှုတွင် လိုအပ်သည်များကို ရှင်းပြသွားမှာပါ။
