မင်္ဂလာပါ ဆရာ၊ ဆရာမတို့ရေ...
COPE ရဲ့ နောက်ထပ် ဆရာအရည်အသွေးမြှင့်တင်ရေး အစီအစဉ်သစ်တစ်ခုဖြစ်သည့် “Crafting A Course” (၆) ပတ်တာ အွန်လိုင်းသင်တန်းအတွက် လျှောက်လွှာများ စတင်ခေါ်ယူနေပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း ကြေညာအပ်ပါတယ်။
ယခုအစီအစဉ်သည် သင်ရိုးမာတိကာ ရေးဆွဲခြင်း (Course Design) တွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ မရှိသေးသူများ (သို့မဟုတ်) အနည်းငယ်သာ ရှိသူများအတွက် ရည်ရွယ်ထားခြင်း ဖြစ်သည်။ မိမိတို့ကိုယ်ပိုင် အတွေးအခေါ်၊ စိတ်ကူးစိတ်သန်းများကို အခြေခံအုတ်မြစ်မှစတင်၍ စနစ်တကျ မည်သို့ဒီဇိုင်းထုတ်ရမည်ကို စနစ်တကျ သင်ယူလိုသူများအတွက် အထူးသင့်လျော်သော သင်တန်းတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
🟡 သင်တန်း၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်
ဤသင်တန်းအပြီးတွင် တက်ရောက်သူများသည် သင်ကြားမှုဒီဇိုင်းအခြေခံမူများကို အသုံးချခြင်း၊ သင်ယူသူများ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်များကို ဖော်ထုတ်ခြင်း၊ သင်တန်းရလဒ်များ သတ်မှတ်ခြင်း၊ သင်ယူမှုဆိုင်ရာ လှုပ်ရှားမှုများကို စီစဉ်ခြင်း၊ သင့်လျော်သော နည်းပညာများကို ပေါင်းစပ်ခြင်းနှင့် လူကိုယ်တိုင် (Face-to-face) သင်ကြားရေးပတ်ဝန်းကျင်များတွင် ထိရောက်သော သင်ကြားသင်ယူမှု ဖြစ်စေရန် အကဲဖြတ်ခြင်းစနစ်များကို ကိုယ်တိုင်ကိုယ်ကျ ဒီဇိုင်းဆွဲ တည်ဆောက်နိုင်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

📌 ဘယ်သူတွေ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်မလဲ?
• သင်ရိုးမာတိကာ ရေးဆွဲခြင်းတွင် အတွေ့အကြုံ လုံးဝမရှိသေးသူများ သို့မဟုတ် နည်းပါးသူများ၊
• မိမိကိုယ်ပိုင် သင်ရိုးအတွေးအခေါ်များကို အခြေခံမှစ၍ စနစ်တကျ တည်ဆောက်လိုသူများ၊
• အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာစကား အရည်အချင်း အနည်းဆုံး Pre-intermediate level (အထူးသဖြင့် စာဖတ်စွမ်းရည်) ရှိသူများ ဖြစ်ရပါမည်။
📌 ဘာတွေလိုအပ်မလဲ ?
• သင်တန်းကာလ ၆ ပတ်လုံးကို ပုံမှန်တက်ရောက်နိုင်ရမည်။
• အပတ်စဉ် ပေးအပ်ထားသော စာဖတ်ခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ ပြင်ဆင်မှုများအတွက် တစ်ပတ်လျှင် အနည်းဆုံး (၃) နာရီခန့် အချိန်ပေးနိုင်ရမည်။
• တိုက်ရိုက်ဆွေးနွေးမှုများ၊ Reflection Journals များနှင့် Assignments များတွင် အပြည့်အဝ ပါဝင်နိုင်ရပါမည်။
📌 ရရှိမည့်အခွင့်အရေး
သင်တန်းချိန် အပြည့်ဝ တက်ရောက်ပြီး ပေးအပ်ထားသော Assignments များကို ပြီးမြောက်အောင် လုပ်ဆောင်သူများအားလုံးကို သင်တန်းဆင်းလက်မှတ် ပေးအပ်ချီးမြှင့်သွားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

Hello, teachers and educators!
We are excited to announce that applications are now open for COPE’s latest professional development initiative: “Crafting A Course,” a 6-week online training program.
This program is specifically designed for those with little to no experience in course design. It is ideal for educators who want to learn how to systematically build their own course ideas from the ground up.
🟡 Program Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to apply fundamental design principles, identify learner needs, define learning outcomes, organize learning activities, integrate appropriate technology, and design effective assessment systems for face-to-face learning environments.
🟡 Program Overview
• Duration: 6 weeks (July 26 – September 6, 2026)
• Mode of Learning: Online (Zoom, Google Classroom, and Telegram)

🟡 Schedule
Dates: July 26, August 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 (Every Sunday)
• Week 1-3: 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Week 4-6: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
🟡 Fee: This program is provided free of charge (FOC).
📌 Who can apply?
• Those with little to no experience in course design.
• Educators who want to systematically build their own course concepts from the foundation.
• Applicants must have at least a Pre-intermediate level of English proficiency (specifically in reading).
📌 Commitment
• Must be able to attend all 6 weeks of the program.
• Must be able to dedicate at least 3 hours per week for assigned readings and preparations.
• Must fully participate in live discussions, reflection journals, and assignments.
📌 Certification
A certificate of completion will be awarded to all participants who attend the sessions fully and successfully complete all assignments.

Instructor Profiles
👩🏫 May Hnin Yee Swe Oo is an educator with over 13 years of experience in diverse educational contexts. Since 2012, she has served in monastic, nunnery, and orphanage schools, focusing on both classroom teaching and teacher training initiatives. As a Co-Founder of Synergy English Language Center since 2018, she continues to contribute to English language education and teacher development. She holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Northern Illinois University (2026). Her professional interests include biliteracy, mother tongue-based education, and fostering inclusive learning experiences.
👨🏫 Sai Kyaw Tun is the founder of Synergy Best Practices English Language Center and has over 10 years of experience teaching English and delivering teacher professional development programs. In 2024, he earned a Master’s degree in TESOL from the University of Auckland. Since 2013, he has been committed to teacher education, serving as a facilitator for local teachers across Myanmar. His professional interests include teacher mentoring, course and materials development, and creating learner-centered educational experiences.
