“Never Have I ever” ဆိုတယ့် အသုံးအနှုန်းလေးကို သိကြလား?
“Never Have I ever” ဆိုတာက I have never ဆိုတယ့် Standard form လေးကနေ Never ကို ရှေ့ပို့ပြီး Inverted form ပြောင်းထားတယ့် “Negative adverbial phrase” လေးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီနေရာမှာ Adverbial လေးကို နားလည်ဖို့ ကြိုးစားကြည့်ရအောင်။ Adverbial ဆိုတာက ‌”a word or phrase functioning like an adverb” ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပြောရရင်တော့ Adverbial phrase လေးတွေက verb (သို့) adj (သို့) another adverb တွေကို ကြိယာတွေကို အထူးပြုတယ့် ကြိယာဝိသေသနလေးတွေလိုမျိူး emphasize လုပ်ပေးတယ့် (ကိုယ်ပြောချင်တယ့်အဓိပ္ပာယ်ကို ပိုလေးနက်သွားအောင် အထူးပြုပေးတယ့်) စကားစုလေးတွေ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဒီနေ့ ဆွေးနွေးမယ့် “Never have I ever” လေးကတော့ တစ်ခါမှမလုပ်ဖူးပါဘူးဆိုတာလေးကို ရိုးရိုးမငြင်းဘဲနှင့် တကယ်၊တကယ်ကြီး ဘယ်တုန်းကမှ မလုပ်ဖူးပါဘူး ဆိုပြီး မလုပ်ဖူး၊ မပြောဖူး၊ မစားဖူး၊ မကြားဖူးပါဘူး စသဖြင့် ‘ဘူး’ တစ်လုံးဆောင်ပြီး ငြင်းမယ့် အသုံးအနှုန်းလေးမို့ “Negative adverbial phrase” လေးဖြစ်သွားရခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Informal အသုံးအနှုန်းလေး ဖြစ်တာမို့ Academic writingနဲ့ business setting တွေမှာ သုံးဖို့တော့ မသင့်ပါဘူးနော်

“Never have I ever” ကို သုံးချင်ရင်တော့ အောက်က pattern လေး အတိုင်း သုံးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Never have I ever + past participle(V3)+….
ကိုယ်သုံးမယ့် sentence မှာ helping verb တစ်မျိူးဖြစ်တယ့် ‘Verb to have’ လေးပါနေပြီဆို main verb ကို past participle ပြောင်းဆိုတယ့် သဘောတရား တူတူကို သုံးသွားတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ကဲ အခု ဘယ်အချိန်မှာ သုံးတယ်ဆိုတာရယ်၊ pattern လေးရယ်လည်း သိပြီးဆိုတော့ example sentence လေးတွေ လေ့လာကြည့်ရအောင်။

Never have I ever been abroad.
-ငါ တစ်ခါမှ ပြည်ပ မထွက်ဖူးဘူး။

Never have I ever fallen in love.
-ငါ တစ်ခါမှ မချစ်ဖူးသေးဘူး။

ကိုယ့် အကြောင်းချည်းပဲ မဟုတ်ဘဲ တစ်ပါးသူတစ်ယောက်ကို ရည်ညွှန်းချင်တယ် ဆိုလည်း "I" ရဲ့ နေရာမှာ သက်ဆိုင်ရာ pronoun လေးကို ထည့်ပြီးလည်း သုံးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

For example-
Never has she ever cried in public.
-သူမ လူပုံအလယ်မှာ တစ်ခါမှ မငိုဖူးဘူး။

Never have they ever skipped school.
-သူတို့ တစ်ခါမှ ကျောင်းမပျက်ဖူးဘူး။

ဒီ့အပြင် အချိန်အပိုင်းအခြားလေးတွေ ထည့်ပြီးတော့လည်း ပိုပြီး တိကျတယ့် အငြင်း sentence လေးဖြစ်အောင် ဖန်တီးနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Never have I ever in my life seen such beauty.
-တသက်နှင့်တကိုယ် ဒီလိုအလှမျိုး တစ်ခါမှ မမြင်ဖူးသေးဘူး။

Never have I ever before been so nervous.
-အရင်က တစ်ခါမှ ဒီလောက် စိတ်မလှုပ်ရှားဖူးဘူး။

ဒီလောက်ဆိုရင် “Never have I ever” ဆိုတယ့် အသုံးအနှုန်းလေး အကြောင်းကို နားလည်သွားလောက်ပြီထင်ပါတယ်။

Comment ထဲမှာ ကိုယ်တစ်ခါမှ မလုပ်ဖူးတာလေးတွေကို pattern လေး practice လုပ်တယ့် အနေနှင့် စမ်းရေးကြည့် သွားဉီးနော်။
နောက် content တွေမှာ တွေ့ပါမယ်။

Myanmar Earthquake Relief Fundraising Project ( Initiated by Tr.Yin Yin Nyein )

The Objective:
In consequence of a catastrophic 7.7 magnitude earthquake in Myanmar on 28 March, 2025, the death toll rose over 3,000, with 4500 injured in highly affected areas, especially in Mandalay, Sagaing and Inlay. Despite the international aids, the on-ground rescue processes are being delayed due to the aids being misused under the control of the regime. So, we are willing to contribute towards local charitable organizations from which the civilians will receive direct donations. The recorded certificate will be provided as a recognition of your kindness.
Our agenda:
Fundraising project will last for three days, starting from 4 April to 6 April. We appreciate any amount of Myanmar Kyat and every donation of students will be contributed to the vulnerable victims for rehabilitation. I will donate 100$ along with my students. The detailed report of funding will be provided at the end of the project.

ဒီတစ်ခါမိတ်ဆက်ပေးမယ့် Word of the Week ကတော့ "Serendipity" ဆိုတဲ့စကားလေးပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

"Serendipity" ဆိုတဲ့စကားလုံးက noun အနေနဲ့သုံးပြီးတော့ တစ်ခုခုကို မထင်မှတ်ပဲ ကြုံတွေ့လိုက်ရတဲ့အခါတွေမှာသုံးကြပါတယ်။ Unexpected Scientific Discovery တစ်ခုဖြစ်တဲ့ Penicillin ကို Serendipity တစ်ခုဖြစ်တယ်လို့ ဆိုလို့ရပါတယ်။ ပိုရှင်းသွားအောင် example sentences လေးတွေနဲ့ ကြည့်လိုက်ကြရအောင်။😻

❣️ "Serendipity" ဆိုတဲ့စကားလုံးကို British စာရေးဆရာတစ်ယောက်ဖြစ်တဲ့ Horace Walpole ကနေ 18th century မှာ တီထွင်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ နောက်ပြီး South Asia မှာတည်ရှိတဲ့ အခု Sri Lanka လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ ကျွန်းစုနိုင်ငံတစ်နိုင်ငံရဲ့ နာမည်ဟောင်းကို "Serendip" လို့အမည်ပေးခဲ့ဖူးပါတယ်။

For examples,

နောက်ပြီး "Serendipity" ဆိုတဲ့ စကား‌လုံးလေးကို Noun အနေနဲ့မဟုတ်ပဲ adjective ‌အနေနဲ့လည်း သုံးလို့ရပါသေးတယ်နော်။
