Honestly, I have not slept properly in a long time. Since my baby was born, she wakes up around 5:30 a.m., and this has become the natural start of my days.
Lately, life feels tiring. Balancing work, family, and my own studies takes more energy than I sometimes have, and exhaustion is hard to ignore. I also feel sorry for not uploading videos regularly for my students and followers.
Being a mother comes with responsibilities that quietly reshape time and priorities. For now, I am simply trying to manage everything as best as I can. This phase is tiring, but it is part of real life and, in many ways, the essence of it.
