The International Conference and Workshop for Tourism and Hospitality Students stands for gathering students from this area of studies mostly from the Balkan Peninsula and further. For second time this year we have the pleasure to host you in Macedonia and give our best to make you feel Skopje’s spirit, October 20th-22th 2017. The topic of this year’s conference is “Branding of small tourist desti
nations and gastronomic events”. We will speak about how a small destination could be transformed in a tourist paradise through branding its tourist attractions and resources. Furthermore, we will provide many examples of how a gastronomic event is able to turn a destination in a tourist center for couple of days and provide enough benefits for the society. These topics will be elaborated by professors who are working on researches about it and have certain expertise in the subject. They will transfer their knowledge, experience and work to the students present in the conference, but also the interaction between them will contribute to developing new opinions and attitudes.
