🔥 What if your anxiety isn’t caused by your situation… but by how you think about it? 🧠
💡In this follow-up session, Chris Collingwood takes the conversation deeper into the cognitive processes that generate anxiety. Anxiety can feel overwhelming, but it doesn’t have to control your day. The key is not to fight it, but to guide your energy into simple, grounding actions:
✨ Breathe with intention – Try box breathing: inhale 4 seconds, hold 4, exhale 4, pause 4. Repeat.
✨ Relax your body – Tense and release each muscle group to let go of hidden stress.
✨ Anchor in the present – Use the 5-4-3-2-1 method: notice 5 things you see, 4 you feel, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, 1 you taste.
✨ Move your body – Even 10 minutes of walking or stretching can shift your mood.
Remember: anxiety is not a weakness, it’s a signal. By responding with small rituals, you reclaim focus and strength. 💪

Anxiety is an emotional state that often operates below conscious awareness. It’s not just about what you think—it’s about how your mind and body respond automatically to perceived uncertainty or threat. Many people try to “think their way out” of anxiety, but the root is deeper: learned patterns, past experiences, and conditioned reactions that happen without you even noticing.
That’s why anxiety can feel overwhelming or difficult to control. It’s not simply a lack of logic—it’s an internal process that has been reinforced over time.
When you begin to develop awareness of these inner patterns, something shifts. You create space between the trigger and your response. Instead of reacting automatically, you gain the ability to observe, understand, and gradually regulate your state.
You don’t need to fight anxiety. You can learn to work with it, understand it, and guide yourself toward a more balanced and calm experience.

✨ Anxiety can feel like constant overthinking, tension, and mental exhaustion—even when everything looks fine on the outside. It can show up as worry about the future, replaying past situations, or feeling like your mind never fully switches off.
🌱 The good news is: anxiety is not who you are, it is a state you experience—and it can be managed.
🧘 With the right guidance and tools, you can learn how to calm your nervous system, break the cycle of overthinking, and regain inner stability. You don’t need to fight your mind—you can learn how to understand it and work with it, step by step toward more clarity and peace.

Low self-confidence causes negative emotional states 😔 and prevents us from using our full potential 🚫✨. It contributes to self-doubt, procrastination of important decisions and actions ⏳, and not achieving the desired results 😟. Very often, the causes of low self-confidence are unconscious patterns that need our attention.
Self-confidence is a dynamic trait 🌱 – it can be built and strengthened 💪. Through individual sessions, you can develop the inner security that will guide you through life.
👉 Individual personal development sessions are a space for you 🤍, where through conversation, support, and conscious work with thoughts and emotions, we jointly find ways to increase your self-confidence ✨ and achieve genuine emotional well-being 🌿.
✨ Book an individual session – this is the first step toward improving self-confidence and creating positive change.
The sessions are led by Mr. Darko Shekerinov, Gestalt Therapist, NLP and ICF Coach, with over 10 years of experience working as a counselor and coach. Through my knowledge of various personal development techniques, I have a deep understanding of the processes of personal growth and change. Through individual sessions and mentoring, I support clients in self-awareness, developing motivation and self-confidence, and achieving their goals.

🧠 The inner critic is not an enemy — it is a psychological mechanism with a protective function.
Its role is to warn us, remind us of past mistakes, and encourage caution. This voice often forms in childhood, influenced by parental messages, social norms, expectations, and situations in which we experienced shame, guilt, or fear. Over time, these messages become internalized and turn into automatic comments that shape the way we see ourselves.
Although it begins as a strategy for protection, the inner critic can easily become overly strict and limiting. Instead of supporting growth, it can create pressure, self-doubt, and blocking thoughts. This is why it’s important to understand its origins and recognize when it goes beyond its helpful role. Through awareness and exploration of our own beliefs, we can gradually change our relationship with this inner voice.
