The aim of the project is to build the institutional capacity in order to improve the design and delivery of existing social inclusion policies.
Specifically the project supports the integration of vulnerable groups and especially the persons with disabilities in the labour market. It will contribute in increasing their employability and facilitating their retention in the labour market, by meeting the vulnerable groups’ specific needs and potentials.

Inkluziva Blagica Dimitrovska
As part of the International Foundation for Electoral Systems’ (IFES) International Youth Day campaign, the Macedonia team is highlighting three youth who work for Inkluziva, a local partner organization from Kumanovo, and share their perspectives on the role of youth in politics. IFES Macedonia and Inkluziva (Инклузива-Inkluziva) have built a strong partnership over the years by jointly contributing to the implementation of a series of activities aimed at supporting the inclusion of people with disabilities in elections. Through this photo series, you will meet Kristijan Gjorgjevic, Bojana Mladenovska and Jovana Jovanovska, three youth activists who work for Inkluziva to support people with disabilities, including young women and men, to better understand and realize their right to inclusive participation in political and electoral processes.
