Со задоволство споделуваме дека успешно се реализираше работилницата „Употреба на дронови во инженерството“, одржана на 27 мај 2026 во Netaville, Скопје, во рамки на проектот , во организација на @Центар за менаџирање на знаење и вештини и во соработка со Клуб на млади инженери - KMI
Настанот обедини претставници на институции, инженери, стручни лица од индустријата, провајдери на обуки и други засегнати страни, со цел да се отвори стручна дискусија за актуелната состојба, законската рамка, технолошките можности и компетенциите потребни за поефикасна и побезбедна примена на дронови во инженерската и градежната практика.
Во програмата беа опфатени следните презентации и излагања:
„Дрон технологија и типови на дронови“ – Марио Блажевски, Факултет за аеронаутика, Варшава
„Улогата на дроновите во модерното градење“ – дoц. д-р Филип Касаповски, ГФ, УКИМ
„Употреба на дронови во инженерството – ФВ централа“ – Васил Јаневски, ОКТА АД Скопје
Особено значаен дел од настанот беше интерактивната работилница и дискусија, посветена на состојбата, предизвиците, потребните вештини, постојните јазови, идните обуки и приоритетите за развој.
Искрена благодарност до сите учесници за активна вклученост во процесот на дефинирање на релевантни знаења и вештини за дигитална и зелена трансформација на секторот.

We are pleased to share that the workshop “Use of Drones in Engineering” was successfully held on 27 May 2026 at Netaville, Skopje, within the framework of the Drone4Build project, organised by The Knowledge and Skills Management Centre in cooperation with Young Engineers Club at the Engineering Institution of Macedonia.
The event brought together representatives of institutions, engineers, industry professionals, training providers, and other stakeholders to open an expert discussion on the current state of drone use, the legal framework, technological opportunities, and the competencies needed for more efficient and safer application of drones in engineering and construction practice.
The programme included the following presentations and contributions:
“Drone Technology and Types of Drones” – Mario Blazhevski, Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology
“The Role of Drones in Modern Construction” – Filip Kasapovski, Faculty of Civil engineering, University Ss Cyril and Methodius in Skopje
“Use of Drones in Engineering – PV Power Plant” – Vasil Janevski, OKTA AD Skopje
A particularly valuable part of the event was the interactive workshop and discussion focused on the current situation, key challenges, required skills, existing gaps, future training needs, and priorities for further development.
We sincerely thank all the participants for their contribution to defining relevant knowledge and skills needed for the digital and green transformation of the sector.

Центарот за менаџирање на знаење и вештини организира работилница посветена на унапредување на ориентацијата и ангажирањето на практиканти преку дигитални и иновативни решенија, која ќе се одржи на 21 мај 2026.

Работилницата е поврзана со проектот GAMESONBOARD, кој има цел да го модернизира onboarding процесот за практиканти преку AI-поддржана и гејмифицирана дигитална платформа, со фокус на подобра интеграција, задржување на практикантите и дигитална инклузивност.

На настанот ќе бидат опфатени:

* презентации од компании кои организираат студентска пракса
* споделување искуства и добри практики од onboarding процеси
** интерактивна евалуација на концепт за дигитална алатка за ориентација и ангажирање на практиканти

најава на следните активности поврзани со пилотирањето на алатката

Настанот претставува простор за дијалог меѓу компании, образовни институции и млади луѓе, со цел развој на поефикасни и поинклузивни пристапи кон студентската пракса.

The Knowledge and Skills Management Centre is organizing a co-creation workshop dedicated to improving the orientation and engagement of interns through digital and innovative solutions, to be held on 21 May 2026.

The workshop is linked to the GAMESONBOARD project, which aims to modernize the onboarding process for interns through an AI-supported and gamified digital platform, with a focus on better integration, intern retention, and digital inclusion.

The event will include:
* presentations by companies that offer student internships
* sharing experiences and good practices from onboarding processes
* interactive evaluation of a concept for a digital tool for intern orientation and engagement
* announcement of the next activities related to the piloting of the tool

The event provides a space for dialogue among companies, educational institutions, and young people, with the aim of developing more effective and more inclusive approaches to student internships.

Настанот се организира во рамки на проектот Drone4Build, од Центарот за менаџирање на знаење и вештини, во соработка со Клубот на млади инженери – КМИ при Инженерската институција на Македонија.
Целта на работилницата е да се утврдат релевантните и приоритетни вештини и идните потреби за обука поврзани со употребата на дронови во инженерството, со посебен акцент на примената во градежниот сектор.
Настанот ќе ги обедини претставниците на институции, инженери, стручни лица од индустријата, провајдери на обуки и други засегнати страни, со цел да се отвори стручна дискусија за актуелната состојба, законската рамка, технолошките можности и компетенциите потребни за поефикасна и побезбедна примена на дронови во практиката.
Во рамки на работилницата се предвидени:
• кратко претставување на проектот Drone4Build;
• осврт на законодавството за употреба на дронови;
• презентација за технологијата и типовите на дронови;
• улогата на дроновите во модерното градење;
• презентација за употребата на дронови во инженерството, со пример од примена кај фотоволтаична централа;
• интерактивен дел за идентификување на предизвици, потребни вештини, слабости и приоритети за идни обуки.
Со Вашето знаење, искуство и стручни согледувања можете директно да придонесете кон развој на релевантни и применливи програми за обука за употреба на дронови во инженерството и градежниот сектор.

The event is organised within the framework of the Drone4Build project by the Centre for Knowledge and Skills Management, in cooperation with the Young Engineers Club – YEC at the Engineering Institution of Macedonia.
The aim of the workshop is to identify the relevant and priority skills, as well as future training needs related to the use of drones in engineering, with a special emphasis on applications in the construction sector.
The event will bring together representatives of institutions, engineers, industry professionals, training providers and other stakeholders to open an expert discussion on the current situation, the legal framework, technological opportunities and the competencies needed for a more efficient and safer use of drones in practice.
The workshop will include:
• a short presentation of the Drone4Build project;
• an overview of the legislation related to drone use;
• a presentation on drone technology and drone types;
• the role of drones in modern construction;
• a presentation on the use of drones in engineering, including an example from a photovoltaic power plant;
• an interactive session focused on identifying challenges, required skills, weaknesses and priorities for future training.
With your knowledge, experience and professional insights, you can directly contribute to the development of relevant and applicable training programmes for the use of drones in engineering and the construction sector.
