Adnan Shefkiu

After completing my master’s degree in Human Capital Management, I started my career in one of the most prominent professional development companies in EMEA region. I served as both internal and external advisor to many government and private corporates throughout Middle East in many programs and projects. Furthermore, I joined one of the leading Human Resources Software companies in Europe called jobdesk where I served different clients as an engagement advisor and growth consultant. My career further exceled in counseling and advising sector within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where I engaged hands on in establishing and building a major successful local training and development company with more than one hundred active certification programs in different fields. Being eager to further expand my knowledge, capabilities, and capacities I decided to more forward and join Rutherford Group, which is one of the most protirement providers in the fields of Development, Coaching and Consulting. Throughout the years I have been part of external SMEs in companies such as Thiqah, Sanabil, Lebara, Marafiq, Alamar Foods and many other ongoing projects. Being a Certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach and continuously helping young professionals propel in their careers has always been my passion and that is how we tailored to the smallest detail Dan & Zones, a company fully committed and dedicated young, vibrant professionals to broaden and accel their careers.

Egzona Aliu

After finalizing my Master's Degree in Advertising and Sales from the Sheffield University in Greece, I joined the family business in the real estate industry. Started my career in sales at a young age where I successfully managed the entire sales process for many commercial and residential buildings. Nevertheless, education was always of a huge passion of mine and therefore decided to join Leoron Institute, leader in training and development in the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Central Asia. Leoron taught me everything I need to know in terms of corporate training for these markets. Since results have always been a major force of moving up the ladder and a motivation to reach the unimaginable, I decided to join the Rutherford Group, based in Texas, USA, as a Senior Engagement Consultant. So far, we have helped companies globally master the people side of the business, build capabilities and achieve business success for our clients. I have been part of a team of experts in developing leaders, strengthening workforces and making HR more impactful. Some of the companies I have personally been involved are Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF), Islamic Development Bank, Thiqah, Saudi Electricity, Al Safi-Dairy, Sanabil, and few other ongoing projects. However, my journey doesn’t stop here, just recently I finalized the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching and together with my partner we co-founded Dan&Zones Company. We, at Dan & Zones, have a proven process to help you discover your true passions, accelerate your job search and see which job aligns with you best! We produce rock-solid deliverables at all stages of our work with you, with live coaching & mentoring. We work together with our clients to tackle and solve challenging career issues and give broader perspective on their career plan.
