Uganda Voted Best English Speaking Country In Africa A study conducted by World Linguistic Agency has rated Uganda the Best English Speaking Country in Africa. This comes in the wake of a video from a Miss Rwanda contestant that was shown struggling with English in a country that made a move from Francophone to Anglophone.

Hi guys! Yesterday was the 3rd Anniversary of ILCD. Actually the history is : on the 1st of August 2009, ILCD was officially opened which was a Saturday and the 3rd which was a monday was when we had our first classes. And about the court case we won. I am the one and only legal owner of ILCD. There is one ILCD and this is it. Thanks to all your support. We appreciate it.

On Thursday 5 July 2012 at 13:00 I will be standing before the court of law to defend my school's name "ILCD" through the Intellectual property rights. Which has been massively abused and used by unauthorized users here in Madagascar.

What are the most common mistakes that English learners make? Which mistakes do most English learners need to correct, in order to learn English much faster?
Here are the top 5 English Learning Mistakes:

1. Focusing On Grammar
This is the biggest, most common, and worst mistake. Research shows that grammar study, in fact, actually hurts English speaking ability. Why? Because English grammar is simply too complex to memorize and use logically.... and real conversation is much too fast.

You don't have enough time to think, remember hundreds or thousands of grammar rules, choose the correct one, then use it.
Your logical left-brain cannot do it. You must learn grammar intuitively and unconsciously, like a child. You do this by hearing a lot of correct English grammar- and your brain gradually and automatically learns to use English grammar correctly.
