The BBCA is an academy of English. We give multiple services including English lessons, translation, editing, and interpretation.
*** English lessons. We have a variety of courses that you can follow:
- IELTS:
Our IELTS teachers have had decades of experience in teaching and know exactly what is required of them. IELTS (or International English Language Testing System) is an international cert
ificate accepted by over 9000 organisations in over 145 countries worldwide including:

Course fees are 100 000 AR / 4 weeks.
- Conversational English:
Using books published by Oxford University Press and teachers with years of international experience we will give you the best quality services. From Elementary level to Intermediate you will get all the essentials needed to speak English fluently. Course fees are 72 000 AR / 4 weeks.
- Business English:
For working professionals who already have a good command of the English language, Business English is the ideal course. You will learn all about business in English. Private lesson fees are 30 000 AR / hour / group.
- Business:
For people who are new to business and want to start immediately in English this is what you need. If you are new to the professional life or are going to begin working then this is the course for you. Private lesson fees are 30 000 AR / hour / group.
- ESPs:
English for Specific Purposes. In ESPs you choose between a large variety of courses in English including politics, economics, marketing, management... and much more. If we don't have the subject that you need we can have it made within a few weeks just for you thanks to our large database of teaching material. Private lesson fees are 30 000 AR / hour / group.
*Private course fees are with a Malagasy teacher. There is an extra 5 000 AR / hour for a native teacher.
*** Translation:
Our professional translators have had around 20 years of experience in this domain. We can currently translate documents between English, French, German, Malagasy and Spanish. For maximum quality we always have 2 people working on a document together. Prices start at 200 AR / word. Discounts will be given for larger documents.
*** Editing:
Our editors have excellent knowledge of the language in question and can correct any document in English, French or Malagasy that you have. Prices start at 100 AR / word. Discounts will be given for larger documents.
*** Interpretation:
Our professional interpretors have had over a decade of experience, interpreting between English, French and Malagasy. Prices start at 150 000 AR / half-day. For any extra information please don't hesitate to ask via message or email [email protected]
ABOUT US:
The BBCA has been around since January 2011 when we operated under the name of LBAA. We changed name to become known as BBCA in late 2014. Since our creation we have had over 2000 students and have given our services to dozens of organisations and institutions. We are proud to have been able to offer our services to a number of large multinational and national organisations and institutions including Cotona, MSC, Ny Havana Assurances, Promodim, Telma, WaterAid, and much more. Our aim is to help Madagascar reach out to the English-speaking world and to be promoted as a country with a growing economy.
