Retail Sales Associate
We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service and meet sales quotas for our business partner in Montenegro.
(English level must be upper intermediate or advanced.)

Job Description:
A Retail Sales Associate contributes to driving sales through providing service to customer in a real and authentic way. We offer creative environment, competitive perks and learn skills for life. Sales Associate, you will always put customer first, offer assistance, and share your product knowledge. You will create an environment that is easy for our customers to shop through Store Operations.
Core Responsibilities:

Greet and direct customers

Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)

Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services

Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing

Manage returns of merchandise

Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)

Inform customers about discounts and special offers.

Awesome Compensation Package:

Salary paid in euro

Commision amount based on performance

Health insurance

On the job training and skills development

Temporary and full time position

Temporary work and residence permit

Weekly day range: Monday to Saturday

Job Qualifications:

Min. High School Degree or equivalent

English level must be upper intermediate or advanced. Knowledge a second foreign language will add value.

Foreigners related experience can apply to this position.

No restriction to travel abroad.

Similar background preferred

Generally, requires 0-5 years related experience

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
