Secondary students at the Wastewater Treatment Plant!
Behind every drop is a process that protects our communities and environment. π§β»οΈ
Students had the opportunity to observe how wastewater is treated, from its intake at the facility to the final purification stage and discharge into the river MoraΔa. They became familiar with the entire process, including the treatment units and the laboratory, where they learned how samples are collected and analyzed. They also participated in determining the sludge index and measuring the concentration of detergent in the water.
