2nd Regional Podgorica Vis Pre- Moot ⚖️

At Pitt Consortium Pre-Moot with Professor Emeritus Harry Fletcher, Professor Ronald Brand, Irene Welser and Phil Ray.

Visiting today Vienna International Arbitration Centre, we had a great time with our colleagues from Sarajevo, Zenica, Banja Luka and Kosovo. After the tour, our has had interesting round of pleading as Respondent. We would like to thank VIAC for being such a great hosts and CLPD without which nothing would be possible.

Our team has successfully completed the oral training as well as the first pre moot together with the vis moot teams from Saarland University, University of Zagreb, University of Banja Luka, University of Zenica, University of Sarajevo, University of Prishtina and International University of Sarajevo in Zenica, BiH. ⚖️

Mirza Fazlić rođen je 15.02.2001. godine u Brčkom. Nakon završene Medicinske škole odlučuje da promijeni svoju karijeru te upisuje Pravni fakultet u Tuzli, gdje trenutno pohađa četvrtu godinu studija. Trenutno obnaša funkciju predsjednika Studenstkog vijeća “Legis” i idejni je tvorac mnogih projekata koje je vijeće ostvarilo u svome radu. Bio je učesnik mnogih takmičenja i seminara u sklopu Pravnog fakulteta, te je na istim stekao oratorske i retoričke vještine. Budući je zlatni student generacije, a profesori ga više ne pitaju zakone nego mišljenje o zakonima. Slobodno vrijeme voli da provodi u pub kvizovima znanja.

Mirza Fazlić was born on February 15, 2001. in Brčko. After completing medical school, he decides to change his career and enrolls in the Faculty of Law in Tuzla, where he is currently attending his fourth year of study. He currently holds the position of president of the Student Council "Legis" and is the creator of many projects that the council has realized in its work. He was a participant in many competitions and seminars within the Faculty of Law, where he acquired oratory and rhetorical skills. He is the future golden student of the generation, and professors no longer ask him about laws but about his opinion on laws. He likes to spend his free time in pub knowledge quizzes.

Adna Brkić rođena je 04.10.1998. u Tuzli, BiH. Nakon završene Gimnazije “Ismet Mujezinović” upisuje Pravni fakultet Univerziteta u Tuzli. Za vrijeme studija na Pravnom fakultetu stekla je mnoge oratorske vještine kroz debatna takmičenja i takmičenje iz krivičnog procesnog prava. Tečno govori engleski jezik. Trenirala je krav magu i kao što ona to voli reći, spremna je na sve protivnike. Veliki je motivator ali može motivisati sve članove tima, osim sebe. Nikada ne napada prva, ali ukoliko ne mislite kao ona, može postati veoma opasna. Raduje se Vis Moot takmičenju i upoznavanju novih kolega širom svijeta.

Adna Brkić was born on October 4, 1998. in Tuzla, BiH. After graduating from the "Ismet Mujezinović" Gymnasium, she entered the Faculty of Law at the University of Tuzla. During her studies at the Faculty of Law, she acquired many oratory skills through debate competitions and a competition in criminal procedural law. She speaks English fluently. She trained Krav Maga and as she likes to say, she is ready for any opponent. She is a great motivator, but she can motivate all team members, except himself. She never attacks first, but if you don't think like her, she can become very dangerous. She is looking forward to the Vis Moot competition and meeting new colleagues around the world.

▪️ Mia Turbić ▪️

Mia Turbić rođena je 03.05.2000. u Tuzli, BiH. Nakon završene Gimnazije “Meša Selimović” u Tuzli, upisuje Pravni fakultet Univerziteta u Tuzli, gdje je trenutno na četvrtoj godini studija. Za vrijeme studija stekla je mnoge retoričke i oratorske vještine na debatnim takmičenjima kao i takmičenju iz krivičnog procesnog prava. Tečno govori engleski jezik te se veoma dobro sporazumijeva na njemačkom. Mia je već 5 godina aktivista za ljudska prava te je svoj aktivistički angažman iskazivala kroz razne međunarodne projekte i seminare koji su se bavili temama kao što su pomirenje, suočavanje s prošlošću, memorijalizacija kao i zaštita ljudskih prava. Pored aktivizma, još jedna njena velika ljubav je i muzika. Završila je muzičku školu, svira klavir i svoje slobodno vrijeme ispunjava pjevanjem.
Veseli se upoznavanju novih kolega iz cijelog svijeta jer je mnogo komunikativna i može da priča satima, bez prestanka…(što će joj odlično poslužiti za usmeni dio takmičenja!)

Mia Turbić was born on May 3, 2000. in Tuzla, BiH. After graduating from the "Meša Selimović" Gymnasium in Tuzla, she entered the Faculty of Law at the University of Tuzla, where she is currently in her fourth year of study. During her studies, she acquired many rhetorical and oratory skills at debate competitions as well as a competition in criminal procedural law. She is fluent in English and communicates very well in German. Mia has been an activist for human rights for 5 years and expressed her activism through various international projects and seminars that dealt with topics such as reconciliation, dealing with the past, memorialization and the protection of human rights. In addition to activism, another great love of hers is music. She graduated from music school, plays the piano and spends her free time singing.
She is looking forward to meeting new colleagues from all over the world because she is very communicative and can talk for hours, non-stop...(which will serve her well for the oral part of the competition!)

▪️ Sadija Brka ▪️


Sadija Brka rođen je 07.01.1999. godine u Tešnju, BiH.
Poslije završene Gimnazije "Musa Ćazim Ćatić" u Tešnju, upisuje Pravni fakultet na Univerzitetu u Tuzli, gdje je i sada redovan student četvrte godine. Za vrijeme školovanja na Pravnom fakultetu stekao je mnoge retoričke sposobnosti, prilikom učešća na raznim vannastavnim aktivnostima kao i takmičenju iz krivičnog procesnog prava. Tečno govori engleski jezik i u procesu je savladavanja njemačkog. Za vrijeme boravka u rodnom gradu, kako on voli reći, pronašao je prvu pravu ljubav u nogometu. Dobre šale, široki osmijesi i potreba za razumijevanjem ljudi i procesa su samo neki od njegovih “hobija". Osim neodoljivog smisla za humor, Sadija našem timu doprinosi i inovativnim idejama i brzim rješenjima kako za poslovne, tako i za privatne probleme.

Sadija Brka was born on January 7, 1999. in Tešanj, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
After graduating from the "Musa Ćazim Ćatić" Gymnasium in Tešanj, he entered the Faculty of Law at the University of Tuzla, where he is still a regular student in his fourth year. During his studies at the Faculty of Law, he acquired many rhetorical skills, while participating in various extracurricular activities as well as a competition in criminal procedural law. He speaks English fluently and is in the process of mastering German. During his stay in his hometown, as he likes to say, he found his first true love in football. Good jokes, broad smiles and the need to understand people and processes are just some of his "hobbies". In addition to an irresistible sense of humor, Sadija contributes to our team with innovative ideas and quick solutions for both business and private problems.

▪️Nadina Hadžiselimović▪️


Nadina Hadžiselimović, rođena 05.12.2000.godine u Tuzli, BiH. Nakon završene Gimnazije “Meša Selimović” u Tuzli, 2019. godine upisuje Pravni fakultet Univerziteta u Tuzli. Trenutno je student četvrte godine studija, a pored redovnog pohađanja nastave, učesnik je i mnogobrojnih vannastavnih aktivnosti u sklopu Pravnog fakulteta. Član je Rotaract Club - a Tuzla’99 gdje trenutno obnaša funkciju sekretara kluba. Aktivno govori engleski jezik te se sporazumijeva na italijanskom i njemačkom jeziku.
Ekstrovertna je osoba, koja voli izazove i avanturu, uživa u prirodi te njeguje umjetnost. Ako se pitate zbog čega nema treme pri javnim nastupima, odgovor na to pitanje je činjenica da se Nadina aktivno bavi pjevanjem već sedam godina.

Nadina Hadžiselimović was born on December 5, 2000 in Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. After graduating from the "Meša Selimović" Gymnasium in Tuzla, in 2019 she entered the Faculty of Law at the University of Tuzla. She is currently a fourth-year student, and in addition to regularly attending classes, she is also a participant in numerous extracurricular activities within the Faculty of Law. She is a member of the Rotaract Club - a Tuzla'99, where she currently holds the position of secretary of the club. She actively speaks English and communicates in Italian and German.
She is an extroverted person, who likes challenges and adventure, enjoys nature and cherishes art. If you're wondering why she doesn't get nervous during public performances, the answer to that question is the fact that Nadina has been actively singing for seven years.
Warning: when replicating, she is a dangerous opponent.

Leila Tagić rođena je 06.02.1999. godine u Tuzli, BiH.
Poslije završene Behram-begove medrese u Tuzli, upisuje Pravni fakultet na Univerzitetu u Tuzli, gdje je danas četvrta godina. Tečno govori engleski i njemački jezik, a okušala se i u učenju japanskog. U srednjoj školi se bavila glumom, dobivajući nagrade na raznim festivalima. Sada je glumu zamijenila aktivizmom, i to u Tuzlanskom otvorenom centru.
Nada se i akademskom i praktičnom ostvarenju u polju krivičnog prava.

Leila Tagić was born on February 6, 1999 in Tuzla, BiH. After graduating from Behram begova medresa, she enrolled at the University of Tuzla, Faculty of Law, where she is currently in her 4th year. She is fluent in English and German, and she tried studying some Japanese. In high school she was involved with Theatre, getting awards on various festivals. Now she replaced acting with activism, at the Tuzla Open Center. She hopes to achieve recognition both in academics and practice in the field of criminal law.

Armina Izić, rođena je 11.05.2000 godine u Mostaru, BiH. Poslije završene gimnazije KŠC “Sveti Franjo” u Tuzli, upisuje Pravni fakultet na Univerzitetu u Tuzli gdje nakon uspješne tri godine studija upisuje završnu, četvrtu godinu. Tečno govori engleski i ima osnovno znanje njemačkog. Aktivno se bavila tenisom 12 godina, od toga 5 godina profesionalno.
Vjerovatno niste znali da je kao mala učestvovala je na modnim revijama, a bila je član juniorske reprezentacije Bosne i Hercegovine u tenisu. Može pričati dan i noć, ali samo da bi sagovorniku pomogla da shvati i riješi njegov problem.


Armina Izić, was born on May 11, 2000 in Mostar, BiH. After graduating from KŠC ˝Sveti Franjo˝ gymnasium in Tuzla, she enrolled at the University of Tuzla Faculty of Law where she is currently in her fourth year. She is fluent in English and has elementary knowledge of German. She has been playing tennis for 12 years, including five years in a professional manner.
I bet you had no idea that when she was a child, she attended fashion shows and was a member of the National Junior Tennis Team of Bosnia and Herzegovina. She may speak day and night, but only to help the speaker understand and solve his or her problem.
