Earth Day 🌍
April 22 is celebrated worldwide as Earth Day - a reminder of how important it is to care for and protect our planet.
This year, we chose to begin exploring the theme of “Earth” through meaningful questions:
What does Earth mean to me?
What do I give to the Earth - and what does it give to me?
What place does “Earth” have in my life?
Today, thanks to the support and involvement of our parents, we were able to organize a very special visit to a farm. This farm belongs to a family whose children are part of our school community, and we are truly grateful
Experiencing the daily life of a farmer allowed the children to see where food comes from, how much care and effort is behind it, and why it is so important to value and protect everything the Earth provides.
These real-life experiences help children develop respect for nature, appreciation for hard work, and a deeper connection to the world around them. #дч

U nastavku teme „Insekti“, danas smo sa djecom iz mlađe grupe sproveli pravo malo istraživanje: „Gdje živi crv?“
Za aktivnosti smo koristili senzorne kutije - jedan od najefikasnijih alata za razvoj djece ranog uzrasta.
Senzorne kutije pomažu djeci da: - istražuju teksture, oblike i boje
- razvijaju maštu
- upoznaju osobine materijala (suvo/mokro, hladno/toplo, tvrdo/meko)
- uče da opisuju svoja osjećanja (hrapavo, glatko itd.)
- sortiraju predmete po boji i veličini i uče da broje
Poseban značaj imaju aktivnosti sa rasutim materijalima - one smanjuju stres, pomažu djetetu da se opusti i smiri.
Čime je bila ispunjena naša senzorna kutija: - „zemlja“ - brašno, kakao i biljno ulje
-„crvi“ - špagete sa prehrambenom bojom
Djeca su dobila pravi okean emocija!
Bili su potpuno uključeni u igru više od 30 minuta.
P.S. Bilo ih je gotovo nemoguće odvojiti od igre 😊
