Our Association is particularly committed to strengthening the reputation of craftsmanship, the economic position of the a

rtisan, regional development, education policy, future technology, environmental protection, the European market and business framework for the entrepreneurial middle class economy. Since 28th of March 2011 we are transforming us int he public institution „Montenegro Chamber of Skillec Crafts“ (MoCaS) according to the law of handicrafts which was adopted in August 2009.
