We started our aligned modular course for Trainers on Designing Educational Programmes 👏🏻 26 people from 16 countries are exploring trainer's competences to build meaningful programmes! With the support of Evelyn De Luca, we're sharing visual results from the training.

Our team members are sharing a couple of reflections and insights from their participation in the World Innovation Summit for Education 2025.

🤖 While AI is transforming how we think about learning and education, human interaction is essential in teacher-student and educator-learner relationships.

📓 Leading education conversations often revolve around what we should learn (and perhaps too much). At the same time, it is key to reflect on how we learn, including how we value, validate and recognise learning and skills.

🎒 Digital technologies are decentralising education and challenging traditional recognition systems.

🌍 The Global South is a majority: people and organisations there harness technology and bring innovation to learning and education at a speed we never imagined before.

We were delighted to facilitate a well-hosted training in Trento focused on quality learning for and recognition of essential skills and competencies in youth work and non-formal education programmes.
Together with Cities of Learning partners Associazione InCo and Assonur, we hope to start the Trentino Region of Learning.

Training for Trainers on Designing Educational Programmes Awero team, "MilleniuM" Training and Development Institute Cities of Learning partners, and the International Youth Work Trainers Guild offering a 4th modular training for trainers focusing on the competence area for **Designing Training Programmes**, aligned to the European Training Strategy (ETS)....

Last week we wrapped up our training for youth workers on resource management in international youth work. An exceptionally diverse group from 16 countries joined us for a rich, week-long programme 👏🏻
