Türkiye-Yurt Dışı Türkler ve Akraba Topluluklar Başkanlığından Üniversitemize Ziyaret

12 Ocak 2023 tarihinde Yurt Dışı Türkler ve Akraba Topluluklar Başkanlığından, YTB Başkan Yardımcısı Sayın Sayit YUSUF, YTB Uzmanları Ali KURT ve Fatih KÜÇÜK Üniversitemizi ziyaret etti.

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Komrat Başkonsolosu Sayın Hasan AKDOĞAN’ın da şeref konuğu olduğu ziyaret esnasında, Komrat Devlet Üniversitesi Rektörü Sayın Doç. Dr. Serghei ZAHARIA konuklarımıza Üniversitemizi tanıttı. Konferans salonunda düzenlenen toplantıda YTB uzmanları, Türkiye'deki üniversitelerinde tüm alanlar için yüksek lisans, doktora ve araştırma seviyelerinde burs imkanları hakkında seminer verdi. Türkiye Bursları, uluslararası öğrenci ve araştırmacılara Türkiye’nin en prestijli üniversitelerinde burslu eğitim ve araştırma imkânı sunan tam kapsamlı bir burs programıdır. Bu burs, ücretsiz eğitim ve barınma, aylık cep harçlığı, sağlık sigortası, uçak bileti, Türkçe dil kursu gibi birçok imkân sağlamaktadır. Seminerde 2023 yılı için başvuru tarihleri, başvuru koşulları ve şartları açıklandı. Konferansa katılan öğrencilere bilgilendirme broşürleri dağıtıldı. Ayrıca öğrenciler, merak ettikleri soruları sorma fırsatı buldu.

Ziyaret, katılımcı misafirlerin KDÜ Rektörünün odasında ağırlanması ve teşekkür belgelerinin takdimi ile son buldu.

Круглый стол со студентами из Азербайджана

В стенах Комратского государственного университета 10 декабря 2022 года в студенческом центре состоялся круглый стол со студентами из Азербайджана. Почетным гостем была Аурелия Григориу, Парламентский адвокат Республики Молдова, омбудсмен, член Коллегии адвокатов Молдовы.

В ходе встречи студентам были вручены зачетные книжки и студенческие билеты. Была проведена беседа в рамках дипломатических связей между Молдовой и Азербайджаном, открытия азербайджанского центра и обучения студентов из Азербайджана в Комратском государственном университете, а также студенты и гости почтили память третьего президента Азербайджана Гейдар Алиевич Алиева. В честь годовщины смерти третьего президента Азербайджана Гейдар Алиевич Алиева (10.05.1923 – 12.12.2003) студенты возложили цветы к бюсту Г. А. Алиева на Аллее славы возле Комратского государственного университета.

Публичная лекция директора Офиса международного республиканского института в Р. Молдова со студентами Комратского государственного университета

В Комратском государственном университете совместно с Исполкомом АТО Гагаузия и Офисом международного республиканского института в Р. Молдова 6 декабря 2022 года была организована публичная лекция со студентами. Почетными гостями встречи были Башкан Гагаузии Ирина Влах, Начальник Главного Управления АТО Гагаузия, Наталья Кристева и директор Офиса международного республиканского института (IRI) в Р. Молдова Кшиштоф Лисек.

Кшиштоф Лисек – польский политик. С 2005 по 2009 год был депутатом Польского Парламента, с 2009 по 2014 год – депутатом Европарламента, а с 2021 года является директором Офиса международного республиканского института в Молдове. IRI был создан в 1983 году, целью которого является способствование развитие демократии во всем мире. IRI проводит обучающие программы для политических партий, органов представительной власти и других организаций, непосредственно участвующих в осуществлении открытого политического процесса. Программы IRI разрабатываются с учетом местной специфики и интересов участников программ. Они охватывают широкий круг вопросов: от основ гражданского общества, способов создания политических партий и проведения избирательных кампаний на выборные должности. Представительства Международного республиканского института открыты в более чем 30 странах мира, включая Республику Молдову.

На встрече господин Кшиштоф Лисек выступил с публичной лекцией на тему «Европейская интеграция. Что значит быть членом ЕС?». Он обратил внимание молодых людей на преимущества и гарантии, которые дает национальным меньшинствам статус государства-члена Европейского союза. Лекция проводилась на английском языке, в завершении студенты были активны, началась настоящая дискуссия, у студентов была возможность задавать интересующие их вопросы и выразить свое мнение по заданной тематике.

Визит польской делегации в Комратский государственный университет

9 декабря 2022г. делегация Варшавского института права и администрации Р. Польша во главе с Ярославом Турлуковским, доктором права и коллеги Молдавского государственного университета во главе с деканом юридического факультета, профессором, Серджиу Брынзэ посетили с официальным визитом Комратский государственный университет, где состоялась встреча с администрацией университета во главе с ректором, доктором, Сергеем Захария.

В ходе этого визита обсуждались актуальные вопросы Высшего образования в Р. Молдова и Р. Польша, а также перспективы сотрудничества в области совместных научных исследований и академической мобильности и возможность участия в европейских проектах.

Стороны пришли к единому мнению о заключении 3-х стороннего договора о сотрудничестве между ВУЗами, участниками встречи.

National Erasmus+ Office at Republic of Moldova Campaign: Info Session for Comrat State University’s staff and students

The National Erasmus+ Office at Republic of Moldova on December 16-17, 2022 with an information session for university visited the Comrat State University with the support of the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova, the Delegation of the European Union and the EU High Level Advisers’ Mission to the Republic of Moldova. During the information session, the novelties of the Erasmus+ Call for Proposals 2023 launched by the European Commission on November 23, 2022 as well as the perspectives of international collaboration for Comrat State University. Thus, during the event, the representatives of the National Erasmus+ Office at Republic of Moldova presented the international credit mobility, Erasmus Mundus, Capacity building in the field of higher education projects, as well as Jean Monnet actions and Erasmus+ Youth projects. The Staff and Students of the Comrat State University info session learned about the types of Erasmus+ projects to which they can apply, about the eligibility conditions, deadlines, application methods, as well as global and regional priorities within the Erasmus+ programme. Around 25 participants attended the information event on December 16-17, 2022 from Comrat State University.

Türkiye-Kırşehir Ahi Evran Üniversitesinden Komrat Devlet Üniversitesini Ziyaret

18 Kasım 2022 tarihinde Erasmus+ Programı çerçevesinde Türkiye-Kırşehir Ahi Evran Üniversitesinden, Dış İlişkilerden Sorumlu Rektör Yardımcısı Sayın Prof. Dr. Ahmet GÖKBEL ile Dış İlişkiler Koordinatörü Sayın Doç. Dr. Erman AKILLI Üniversitemizi ziyaret etti. Şeref konukları arasında Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Kişinev Büyükelçiliği Eğitim Müşaviri Sayın Cengiz GÜZELOLUK da yer aldı.

Ziyaret esnasında, Dış İlişkilerden Sorumlu Rektör Yardımcısı Prof. Dr. Ahmet GÖKBEL, “Türk Dünyasında Ahilik Teşkilatı” konulu konferansta Gagauzların bu konuyla olan bağlantısına değindi. Dış İlişkiler Koordinatörü Doç. Dr. Erman AKILLI ise “Türkiye’de Uluslararası Eğitim ve Erasmus + Projeleri” konulu bir konferans vererek öğrenciler ve öğretim elemanlarımızın Türkiye-Kırşehir Ahi Evran Üniversitesindeki Erasmus+ Programına katılabilme olanaklarından bahsetti.

Komrat Devlet Üniversitesi Milli Kültür Fakültesi öğrencilerinin katıldığı ve TİKA tarafından tefrişatı yapılan Hamdullah Suphi TANRIÖVER sınıfında gerçekleştirilen konferanslar, katılımcı misafirlere teşekkür belgelerinin takdimi ile son buldu.

Visit of guests of the Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Türkiye at Comrat State University

On November 18, 2022, within the framework of the Erasmus + program, Vice-Rector for External Relations, Prof. Dr. Ahmet GÖKBEL and External Relations Coordinator Assoc. Dr. Erman AKILLI visited Comrat State University. Among the guests of honor was Cengiz GÜZELOLUK, Educational Adviser of the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Chişinau.

During the visit, the Vice-Rector for External Relations, Professor, Doctor, Ahmet GÖKBEL held a conversation on the topic “Türk Dünyasında Ahilik Teşkilatı”, where he also touched on the connection of the Gagauz people with this topic. External Relations Coordinator, Assoc. Dr. Erman AKILLI held a talk on the topic “Türkiye’de Uluslararası Eğitim ve Erasmus+ Projeleri” and spoke about the opportunities for our students and teachers to participate in the Erasmus+ program at the Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Türkiye.

This event was held in an audience Hamdullah Suphi TANRIÖVER opened with the support of TIKA, where students of the Faculty of National Culture of the Comrat State University took part and the event ended with the presentation of letters of thanks to the participating guests.

7-10 November Erasmus+ World Wide Webinar

The International Relations Office of the Comrat State University took part in the Erasmus+ World Wide Webinar on November 7-10.

This seminar is on Erasmus+ opportunities for exchange and cooperation open to organizations and individuals across the globe. Erasmus+ is the European Union’s program supporting projects and exchange for education, training, youth, and sport worldwide. It offers a unique opportunity for participants to better understand all aspects and benefits of these programs.

The seminar was devoted to the following topics:
• academic exchange of students and staff
• cooperation projects for higher education, vocational education and training, and sport
• virtual exchange
• mobility for researchers
The program included the following aspects:
• International dimension of Erasmus+
• International credit mobility - Student and staff exchange
• Marie Sklodowska Curie Actions (MSCA)

Reporting presentation as part of the Erasmus + Staff mobility program

On November 11, 2022, a presentation of teachers who visited Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi ve Aksaray Üniversitelerini in the Republic of Turkey as part of the Erasmus + Staff Mobility program took place in the conference hall of the Comrat State University. The guest of honor of the program was the Consul General of the Republic of Turkey in Comrat Hasan AKDOGAN. Noting that this program contributed to educational diplomacy between Turkey and Moldova, H. Akdogan said that he continues to work on expanding activities aimed at mobility between the universities of Turkey and Moldova.

At the opening of the event, within the framework of the activities of the Yunus Emre Institute, under the guidance of teacher Deniz GYUMUSH, who was seconded to the Faculty of Culture and Art from Aksaray Üniversitesi at the Comrat State University, an exhibition of traditional crafts on the theme of Moldova-Gagauzia was held in memory of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder Turkish Republic consisting of works prepared by students of the Faculty of Turkish Language and Literature of the Comrat State University. The opening of the exhibition was made by the Consul General in Comrat Hasan AKDOGAN and the rector of the Comrat State University Assoc. Dr. Sergey ZAHARIA.

Erasmus + Staff Mobility participants made presentations on the work done, presented their reports, shared their experience and specifics of the universities they visited. During the presentation, an exchange of views took place on the mobility of students and teachers between Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi, Aksaray Üniversitesi and Comrat State University, on the importance of academic exchange in modern realities and on bringing the experience of leading Turkish universities into the development of our university.

Recall that on October 10-14, within the framework of the Erasmus + Staff Mobility program, the rector of the Comrat State University, Assoc. Dr. Sergey ZAKHARIA and teachers of the Faculty of National Culture, Economics and Law Faculties of Comrat State University visited Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi, Türkiye, and on October 17-21, within the framework of the Erasmus + Staff Mobility program, Rector of Comrat State University Assoc. Dr. Sergei ZAKHARIA, Vice-Rector Assoc. Dr. Sofia SULAK and Head of the Department of Gagauz Language and History Dr. Galina MUTAF visited Aksaray Üniversitesi, Türkiye.

Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi-Türkiye İle İkili İş birliği Protokolü

Komrat Devlet Üniversitesi ile Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi-Türkiye arasında iş birliği protokolü imzalandı.
OMÜ Rektörlüğünde gerçekleşen törende, protokole Rektör Prof. Dr. Yavuz Ünal ile Komrat Devlet Üniversitesi Rektörü Doç. Dr. Serghei ZAHARIA, imza attı.
Üç yıl geçerli olacak anlaşmayla iki üniversite arasında eğitim, kültür ile araştırma ve geliştirme alanında iş birliğini geliştirecek çalışmaların yapılması ve her iki üniversitenin sahip olduğu akademik birikimin ve personel deneyimin karşılıklı olarak paylaşılması amaçlanmaktadır. İmzalanan anlaşmayla akademik personel ve öğrencilerin değişiminin yanı sıra yapılan akademik çalışmaların ortak kullanıma açılması hedeflenmiştir. Ayrıca eğitim, kültür ile araştırma geliştirme alanlarında her iki kurumu teşvik edecek çalışmaların yapılarak mevcut ilişkilerin geliştirilmesi ve güçlendirilmesi planlanmaktadır.

Bilateral Cooperation Protocol with Ondokuz Mayıs University, Türkiye

A cooperation protocol was signed between Comrat State University and Ondokuz Mayıs University, Türkiye.
At the ceremony held at the OMU Rectorate, the protocol was signed by Rector Prof. Dr. Yavuz Ünal and Rector of Comrat State University Assoc. Dr. Serghei Zaharia.
The agreement, which will be valid for three years, aims to carry out studies that will improve cooperation between the two universities in the field of education, culture, research and development, and to share the academic knowledge and staff experience of both universities. With the signed agreement, besides the exchange of academic staff and students, it is aimed to open academic studies to common use. In addition, it is planned to develop and strengthen existing relations by carrying out activities that will encourage both institutions in the fields of education, culture, research and development.

“Erasmus KA171 Yükseköğretim Personel Hareketliliği” programı kapsamında, bir hafta süreyle çeşitli derslere katılmak üzere Moldova Komrat Devlet Üniversitesi Rektörü Doç. Dr. Serghei ZAHARIA, Rektör Yardımcısı Doç. Dr. Sofia SULAC ve Gagauz Dili ve Tarihi Bölüm Başkanı Dr. Galina MUTAF Türkiye-Aksaray Üniversitesine konuk oldular.
Moldova ile birlikte Arnavutluk, Tunus, Kosova, Bosna Hersek, Cezayir, Fas ve Belarus’tan gelen akademisyenleri 17-21 Ekim 2022 tarihlerinde ağırlayan Aksaray Üniversitesi, Erasmus KA171 programı kapsamında yürütülen faaliyetlerin Moldova özelinde de artırılması noktasında çalışmalarını sürdürmektedir.
Düzenlenen tanışma etkinliğinin ardından söz konusu programa katılan Moldova-Gagauzya Komrat Devlet Üniversitesi Rektörü Doç. Dr. Serghei ZAHARIA, Aksaray Üniversitesi Rektörü Prof. Dr. Yusuf ŞAHİN’i makamında ziyaret etti. Ziyarette her iki üniversitenin eğitim ve araştırma alanlarında iş birliği yapmasına olanak tanıyan bir protokol imzalandı.

Within the scope of "Erasmus KA171 Higher Education Personnel Mobility" program, Rector of Comrat State University - Moldova Assoc. Dr. Serghei ZAHARIA, Vice Rector Assoc. Dr. Sofia SULAC and Head of Gagauz Language and History Department Dr. Galina MUTAF were guests of Aksaray University - Türkiye.
Aksaray University, which hosted academics from various countries of the world, together with Moldova on 17-21 October 2022, continues its efforts to increase the activities carried out within the scope of the Erasmus KA171 program in Moldova.
After the meeting event, Rector of Comrat State University Assoc. Dr. Serghei ZAHARIA visited Rector of Aksaray University Prof. Dr. Yusuf ŞAHİN in his office. During the visit, was signed a protocol that allows both universities to cooperate in the fields of education and research.
