Reverse push-ups
Place a mat or blanket on the floor, lie on your back and bend your knees slightly. Then slowly raise your pelvis so that your back is above the floor as high as possible. In this position, freeze for a couple of seconds and lower yourself to the floor. Beginners should start with 10 push-ups, and then, every week, add 5-10 push-ups.

Digging a little deeper, you can find a lot of diseases associated with the back, if you do not perform at least elementary exercises to maintain it.
