All of us at the British School of Monaco Individual Programme are delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students in this year’s A Level examinations, marking an important milestone in their academic journeys.
Despite the British School of Monaco Individual Programme being non-selective at the point of entry, this year an impressive 73% of all A Level grades were awarded A*–A, compared with the UK national average of 28.5% A*/A. 100% of grades achieved A*–B, compared with the UK national average of 55.8%.
The full breakdown of grades is as follows:
A* - 18%
A - 55%
B - 27%
These exceptional results are the culmination of our students’ hard work, determination and commitment throughout their studies. They also reflect the dedication of our teaching team, the invaluable encouragement and support of families and our wider school community, and the effectiveness of our unique 1-1 educational programme in Monaco.
We extend our warmest congratulations to all our students on their achievements. We are immensely proud of their success and look forward to seeing them embrace the opportunities and exciting new chapters that lie ahead.

As we close another wonderful school year, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible community that makes The British School of Monaco so special.
Our End of Year Party brought together nearly 300 children, families, and staff, from our youngest Nursery pupils to our proud graduates of the Individual Programme, for an unforgettable celebration at Neptune Beach.
It was a joy to spend the day together, sharing laughter, creating memories, and celebrating the friendships and achievements that have shaped this year. The warm, family atmosphere reminded us of what makes our school community truly unique.
Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this celebration so special. We wish all our families a wonderful summer and look forward to creating many more memorable moments together in the year ahead!

At British School of Monaco, our children truly love their music classes. There’s something special about the way their faces light up when they get to try different instruments. Recently, they had their first experience with the violin, and you should have seen their excitement—it was absolutely wonderful.
But music here isn’t just about learning to play. It’s about so much more. When children explore instruments together, they’re quietly building skills that matter: listening to each other, working as a team, finding confidence to share their sound, and expressing themselves in ways words sometimes can’t capture.
These are the soft skills that will stay with them long after the lesson ends. And watching them grow through music is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

Our students enjoyed a wonderful music lesson, where they explored rhythm, melody and sound through a variety of musical instruments. They also had the opportunity to try playing the violin, which made the lesson even more exciting and interactive.
It was a joyful and creative class, filled with curiosity, engagement and plenty of smiles. Experiences like these help our students develop confidence, creativity and a love for music.

A memorable Prize Day brought together students, staff, and families to celebrate the hard work, progress, and achievements of our Years 3–9 students. It was a proud moment to recognise outstanding effort across academics, creativity, leadership, and personal growth.
The awards were presented by Ludmilla Raconnat Le Goff , Delegate for Attractiveness to the Minister of State and CEO of Monaco Invest, whose presence made the occasion even more special. We are grateful for her support in honouring the achievements of our students.
Congratulations to all our award winners — your dedication and determination truly shone through. Keep striving, keep growing, and keep inspiring others.

Education has the power to change lives. 📚
At the British School of Monaco, we believe that learning should be accessible to every child, no matter the circumstances.
Through our recent Donation Program in Sri Lanka, we were honoured to support 200 children in the districts of Gampola and Gampaha, communities that were deeply affected by the cyclone.
Over two meaningful days, essential books and school supplies were distributed, helping students continue their education with hope, confidence, and the tools they need to succeed.
We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed to making this initiative possible. Together, we are creating opportunities, inspiring resilience, and investing in brighter futures.

Our Sports Day at Stade Louis II was a fantastic celebration of teamwork, determination, and physical activity.
Pupils took part in a variety of events, including sprint races, obstacle courses, throwing challenges, and long jump competitions. Throughout the day, they demonstrated resilience, enthusiasm, and excellent sportsmanship, cheering one another on and giving their best in every activity.
At British School of Monaco, we recognise the importance of sport in developing confidence, perseverance, and a healthy lifestyle. Sports Day was a wonderful opportunity for our pupils to challenge themselves, support their peers, and enjoy being active together.
Well done to all our participants for making the day such a success.

Our Early Years children enjoyed a wonderful Teddy Bear Picnic at Parc Princesse Antoinette.
Alongside sharing stories and spending time with their favourite teddy bears, the children made the most of the park’s play area, climbing, sliding, swinging, and exploring together.
Physical activity plays an important role in early childhood development, helping children build coordination, balance, confidence, and social skills while having fun outdoors.
A lovely day of learning, movement, and friendship beyond the classroom.
