Meet Latifa!
Born in Morocco and raised in Monaco, Latifa grew up surrounded by different languages, cultures and influences. Fluent in Arabic, French and English, she has always been fascinated by the way people live, communicate and connect around the world.
As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Influent, Latifa plays a key role in the company’s growth and development. She nurtures international relationships, explores new opportunities, develops programmes, and is always looking out for ways to enhance the Influent experience.
Naturally competitive and always ready to take on something new, Latifa enjoys pushing herself, finding solutions and turning ideas into reality. She sees every challenge as an opportunity to think differently, learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
Latifa says:
“Growing up between different cultures taught me that a language is so much more than words. It’s about understanding people, sharing experiences and discovering a different way of life. That’s what I love about immersion: the connections you make are just as important as the language you learn.”
Travel is naturally one of Latifa’s biggest passions, but there is one thing that might just come first: food. For her, discovering a new country means discovering its restaurants, local dishes and everything that happens around the table.
Curious, driven and full of energy, Latifa brings her ambition, international outlook and genuine love of people and cultures to Influent every day.
