With the advancement of technology in today’s world, the question of the reliability of the current cyber security system is growing. Cyber attacks have devastated the well-being of the people and nations alike. Evidently, cyber attacks have caused not only economic and political dilemmas but also have affected the human rights of individuals everywhere.
