I remember the moment I fell in love with yoga - and it wasn't on the top of a mountain or a beach at sunset - it was just a regular class, in downward facing dog, taking deep breaths. I felt an overwhelming sense of release, joy and peace...and it's a feeling that has stayed rooted within me since. When I practice yoga I feel that connection and have spent the past few years learning, loosening m
y stiff body and soaking up teachings from wonderful people. My yoga story hasn't been all graceful, but I have grown with grace...
I have been lucky enough to have lived in London and worked in charity for many years, and have loved helping people. But now, after qualifying as a yoga teacher in Bali, a new chapter in my life has begun. The one thing that has driven me through life is bringing joy and happiness to people's lives. Yoga has given so much of that to me. It is my passion to make sure that every person feels comfortable and safe to explore yoga, and they leave my class feeling happy, positive and joyful about their practice and themselves. I hope for every class to have the sound of laughter and sight of smiles. Although I'm a teacher, I'm still a student of yoga. By taking myself and yoga around the world, I plan to share and absorb knowledge from everyone I meet on my journey. Including you! I hope one day you can join me, and grow with me...with joy and a bit of grace...
