جمع اللقاء فاعلين مدنيين وباحثين ومهتمين بقضايا الماء لمناقشة تحديات الحكامة المائية، وتبادل التجارب المحلية، والتداول حول سبل تعزيز المشاركة والترافع من أجل سياسات مائية أكثر عدالة.

وقد ساهمت مخرجات الورشة في إعداد موجز السياسات «العدالة المائية في المغرب: نحو حكامة ترابية منصفة ومستدامة».

As part of the DIRAIA Project, the Moroccan Institute for Policy Analysis (MIPA) organized a participatory workshop in Marrakech on “Water Justice in Morocco: From Scarcity to Fair Governance.”

The workshop brought together civil society actors, researchers, and stakeholders to discuss water governance challenges, exchange local experiences, and explore ways to strengthen participation and advocacy for more equitable water policies.

The workshop’s outcomes also contributed to the development of the policy brief “Water Justice in Morocco: Towards Equitable and Sustainable Territorial Governance.”

At a time when youth frustration is increasing and repeated attempts to migrate toward Ceuta are making headlines, questions of social justice and equal opportunity are once again coming to the forefront.

In this interview, Dr. Mohammed Masbah explains that the roots of this frustration are not temporary, but rather linked to deep structural imbalances in the distribution of wealth and opportunities in Morocco:
“People see that there is wealth, but it is not distributed fairly.”

اختُتمت نهاية هذا الأسبوع فعاليات النسخة العاشرة من برنامج التدريب على كتابة أوراق السياسات العمومية، التي نظمها المعهد المغربي لتحليل السياسات (MIPA) بشراكة مع مؤسسة هاينريش بول (Heinrich Böll Stiftung) يومي 25 و26 يوليوز 2026 بمدينة الرباط.

على مدى يومين مكثفين، استفاد المشاركون من جلسات تفاعلية جمعت بين التأطير النظري والتطبيق العملي، بإشراف فريق من الخبراء والباحثين، حيث تم التركيز على منهجية إعداد أوراق السياسات، تحليل المعطيات، وصياغة توصيات مبنية على الأدلة وقابلة للتأثير.

وتندرج هذه الدورة في إطار التزام المعهد بدعم القدرات الوطنية في مجال تحليل السياسات العمومية، وتعزيز مساهمة الباحثين وفاعلي المجتمع المدني في النقاشات العمومية وصناعة القرار.
