The quotes by Mohamed Choukri: "..a person must stay busy to the point of being distracted from their misery.." and Ghazi Al-Gosaibi: "..work never kills, no matter how hard, but idleness kills the noblest parts of a person.." provide clear evidence that idleness often drags a person towards misery and distress. The truth is that idleness amplifies most feelings—it amplifies emotions, fatigue, and pain. I'm almost certain that those immersed in their work maintain a balanced attitude towards life, simply because they don't have the time to be swept away by foolish emotions.
- Idleness is the real enemy of a person.
Henry VIII married Anne Boleyn under complex and contentious circumstances that had profound religious, political, and social implications. Initially, Anne Boleyn was a lady-in-waiting to Henry's first wife, Catherine of Aragon. Henry became infatuated with Anne and sought to annul his marriage to Catherine, who had failed to produce a male heir. However, the Pope refused to grant the annulment, leading Henry to break from the Roman Catholic Church. In 1533, Henry declared himself the Supreme Head of the Church of England, effectively establishing the Anglican Church. This move allowed him to annul his marriage to Catherine and marry Anne, marking a significant turning point in English history.
The marriage to Anne Boleyn was significant for several reasons. It led to the English Reformation, a major religious upheaval that resulted in the establishment of Protestantism in England and the dissolution of monasteries, altering the religious landscape of the country permanently. Politically, it strengthened the authority of the monarchy over religious matters, diminishing the power of the Catholic Church in England. Socially, Anne's marriage and subsequent ex*****on in 1536 underscored the precarious nature of courtly favor and the brutal realities of Tudor politics. Additionally, Anne's daughter, Elizabeth I, would later become one of England's greatest monarchs, shaping the nation's future profoundly. Thus, the marriage set in motion events that had enduring impacts on English society, governance, and religion.

Do you find yourself constantly scrolling through social media apps like Facebook and YouTube? In my case, it happens sometimes. I spend a significant amount of time watching videos and reacting to them. Eventually, I start feeling guilty about the time wasted, and I make a promise to myself that I'll invest my time in more positive activities such as reading and engaging in sports. You might think it's easy to transition from bad habits to good ones; however, it's often more challenging than expected. Social media apps give you the impression that you're missing out on something, compelling you to log in and catch up with the latest events. It's incredibly addictive, but it's worthwhile to strive for a balanced life where screen time is a minimal part of your daily activities.

The devil is in the details=
The saying "The devil is in the details" means that sometimes, the small things that we don't really notice or think about can cause big problems. It's like a sneaky troublemaker hiding in the little things. So, it reminds us to pay attention to all the little parts of a situation or plan to avoid unexpected troubles later on.
