ETII Oujda 2025/2026

Our last session in the ETII program was highly engaging from start to finish. The trainer, Abdallah Elboubkri, began by distributing thoughtful gifts he had brought back from his trip to Louisiana, which immediately created a warm and motivating atmosphere. The micro-teaching presentations by Safae, Brahim, and Anissa kept the trainees actively involved, each stage offering clear objectives and meaningful interaction. Every trainee received constructive, personalized feedback from the trainer, which helped them reflect on their strengths and identify areas for improvement. Overall, the session was dynamic, supportive, and pedagogically rich.

During our last ETII session, the second group had the opportunity to conduct their micro-teaching, focusing on the writing skill.

Imane started the lesson with the presentation stage, engaging her students through a fun and creative game called “The Worst Advice.” 📝 This activity encouraged participation and laughter while introducing the topic. She then presented the new vocabulary using photos, a smart choice to keep the students’ attention and make learning more visual and interactive. Iman’s energetic and dynamic teaching style created a lively and motivating atmosphere in the classroom. 🌟

Then came the practice stage with Wahid, who asked the students to write short paragraphs using the vocabulary introduced in the first stage and to connect their ideas with linking words. His enthusiastic attitude and effective classroom management stood out, creating a positive learning environment. Wahid’s teaching style was encouraging and supportive, helping students feel confident while expressing their ideas in writing. ✍️

Finally, the production stage was led by Mossab, who asked the students to work in pairs and peer-correct the mistakes made during Wahid’s activity. He was attentive and supportive while monitoring the students’ work, ensuring everyone was engaged and focused. Mossab showed great awareness of his students’ needs and maintained a calm and confident teaching presence throughout the task. 👏
Last but not least, congratulations to BRAHIM after winning the worst advisor certificate, well deserved!!!!

ETII Micro-Teaching Session Highlights ✨

Today’s ETII session was all about micro-teaching, and it was such an enriching and enjoyable experience! 🌟

We had three wonderful micro-teachings: first by Omayma, then Ibrahim Chaboub, and finally Fayza. Their lesson focused on the Simple Present Tense and its use in daily routines.

🟢 Omayma started with a fun and engaging warm-up activity that immediately grabbed everyone’s attention. She received positive and constructive feedback from both her classmates and the teacher; her presence was confident, her voice was clear and audible, and her handwriting was neat. She also used language appropriate to her students’ level and managed the class effectively through good monitoring and eliciting techniques. 👏

🔵 Ibrahim Chaboub took over with the practice stage, and we really appreciated his calm and confident presence. His voice was strong and clear, and what stood out most was how he handled students’ mistakes; he focused on the grammar point rather than over-correcting pronunciation, keeping the lesson’s goal in mind. We worked in pairs during his activity, which helped keep everyone engaged. Plus, he always did the first example with us, which made the task clearer and easier to follow. 💡

🟣 Fayza wrapped up the session with her energetic and lively micro-teaching! She kept the class fully engaged for the entire 15 minutes with her positive energy and expressive intonation. She also used ICQs (Instruction Checking Questions) effectively to make sure everyone understood the instructions. Her enthusiasm was contagious!
