🟩 The Forgotten Wallet

المحفظة المنسية

It was a rainy afternoon in London. Emma had just finished work and was in a hurry to catch the train home. As she entered the station, she saw a man running behind her.

كان مساءً ممطرًا في لندن. أنهت إيما عملها للتو وكانت على عجلة للحاق بالقطار إلى المنزل. وعندما دخلت المحطة، رأت رجلاً يركض خلفها.

> Man: “Excuse me! You dropped this!”
Emma: “Oh! That’s my wallet! Thank you so much!”

> الرجل: "عذرًا! لقد أسقطتِ هذه!"
إيما: "آه! إنها محفظتي! شكرًا جزيلًا!"

Emma was surprised. She hadn't even noticed she had dropped her wallet. The man smiled and walked away without waiting for anything in return.

اندهشت إيما، فلم تكن قد لاحظت أنها أسقطت محفظتها. ابتسم الرجل وغادر دون أن ينتظر شيئًا في المقابل.

She opened the wallet — everything was still there: her money, her ID, and even her train ticket. She looked around, but the man had disappeared into the crowd.

فتحت المحفظة — وكان كل شيء لا يزال بداخلها: نقودها، وبطاقة هويتها، وحتى تذكرة القطار. نظرت حولها، لكن الرجل كان قد اختفى وسط الزحام.

> Emma (to herself): “Not all heroes wear capes. Some just wear kindness.”

> إيما (في نفسها): "ليس كل الأبطال يرتدون عباءات. بعضهم يكتفي بارتداء اللطف."

A simple act of honesty can restore someone’s faith in humanity.
فعل بسيط من الأمانة يمكن أن يعيد للناس إيمانهم بالإنسانية.
