The first edition of the Moroccan TSP Competition was held in the Ecole Nationale Des Sciences Appliquées Béni Mellal on 20 April 2024. It consisted of two categories:
1️⃣ Practical applications, including 10 posters and 3 oral presentations, in which students treated real-life logistics and transport applications in the Moroccan context including:
* Adaptive management of ambulances in Beni Mellal
* Optimizing waste collection vehicle routes in Beni Mellal
* Minimum fleet of emergency vehicles to “Al Haouz” villages affected by the earthquake ...
2️⃣ A TSP (Traveling Salesman Problem) in which participants aim to find the shortest path that visits all 1538 Moroccan communes (HCP 2014) and returns to the starting point.
