This part is devoted for future teachers who are going to pass the CRMEF either ORAL or WRITTEN exam.

Signs of a good teacher.

▶️ Love his job
▶️ Keep his sense of humor against all odds.
▶️ Build a mutual rapport with his students (love them)
▶️ See students as equall and avoid discriminition among them.
▶️ Master his subject matter he's going ti teach.
▶️ Use various approaches, methods, techniques to teach his students.
▶️ Plan his lessons thoroughly.
▶️ Deal with disruptive behaviors privately and effectively.
▶️ Be able to communicate his messages clearly.

Assessment and its types.

✅ Assessment is the process of gathering imformation about students' performance or abilities.
▶️ Types of Assessment

There are 2 types of assessment:

🔸️Formative assessment is an ongoing process of gathering information about what students know and can do. It is taken constantly (continuously). In formative assessment, the teacher does not assign grades to students. However, the main purpose of this type is to provide descriptive feedbacks about students' learning. Based on these feedbacks, the teacher can modify his teaching meadis and studends improve their perfoances. Formative assessment is an assessment for learning.

(' Assessment For Learning' means that this type creates feedback that is used to improve students' performance and teaching methods).

🔸️ Summative assessment is an evaluation which focuses on the final product. It is used to evaluate learning at the conclusion of a specific instructional period -- typically at the end of a unit, course, semester, or school year. In this type, the teacher makes judgment about students' learning by assigning grades to them. This assessment can be in the form of exams, tests, end-term papers, or even quizzes. Summative assesment is an assessment of learning.

('Assessment of learning' refers to the strategies desigend to confirm what students know, demonstrate whether they have or have not met the curriculm outcomes and goals of their the program, and making decision about students' performance; whether they should ot should not proceed to the next level based on their obtianed grades).
