THE COOKING WORKSHOP
Through this workshop, we offer you to learn how
to use our traditional ingredients in order to be
able to make a real Moroccan meal in the purest
tradition of family cooking. Under the guidance of our great Chef, you will
attend and participate in the elaboration of
typical dishes such as salads, Briouates, Tajines,
Pastillas, Couscous ... while taking notes on the
Lotus Che

f Which will be handed to you upon your
arrival. Last act, it’s your turn! Break into small groups or individually a mystery
recipe that you will prepare without assistance
will be awarded to you. After handing over your preparations to the
kitchen for cooking, our Chef will blindly taste
each of them to designate the Top Chef of the day
who will receive a diploma in good form ... as well
as a surprise on the part Of our Pastry Chef. Finally, in reward of all these efforts and in the
well deserved shade of an orange tree, you will

Nous vous proposons à travers cet atelier d’apprendre à utiliser nos ingrédients traditionnels afin de pouvoir confectionner, chez vous, un vrai repas marocain élaboré dans la plus pure tradition de la cuisine familiale. Sous la houlette de notre formidable Chef cuisinière, vous assisterez et participerez à l’élaboration de plats typiques tels que les assortiments de salades, Briouates, Tajines, Pastillas, Couscous… tout en prenant des notes sur le carnet de fiches techniques Lotus Chef qui vous sera remis à votre arrivée. Dernier acte, à vous de jouer ! Répartis en petits groupes ou individuellement une recette mystère que vous devrez préparer sans aide ni assistance vous sera attribuée. Après remise de vos préparations à la cuisine pour cuisson, notre Chef cuisinière goûtera à l’aveugle chacune d’entre elles pour désigner le Top Chef de la journée qui recevra un diplôme en bonne et due forme… ainsi qu’une surprise de la part de notre Chef pâtissière. Enfin, en récompense de tous ces efforts et à l’ombre bien méritée d’un oranger, vous dégusterez toutes les préparations de la journée.
