💫 Happiness doesn’t just happen on its own. We create it through our daily actions and mindset. That’s why it is essential to analyze and recreate your habits and impulsive behavior.

There are 5 unexpected things that may negatively influence your happy state 👇

1️⃣ Multitasking
Constantly switching between tasks can be mentally exhausting and stressful. The brain has to rapidly shift its attention, leading to increased stress levels and mental fatigue.

2️⃣ Social media
The pressure to present an idealized version of yourself on social media can contribute to feelings of inferiority and take away from your happiness.

3️⃣ Lack of sleep and rest
Sleep is crucial for a well-functioning immune system. Our bodies need time to recover to be physically and mentally healthy. In a healthy body, a healthy (happy) spirit.

4️⃣ Undervaluation of hobbies
Constantly prioritizing work or other obligations over hobbies can lead to increased stress and burnout. Happiness is about balance and versatile personal growth.

5️⃣ High consumption of highly processed food
There is nothing wrong with treating yourself to a piece of chocolate after lunch or a pastry from a favorite bakery, but building your diet around highly processed food can provoke a lack of energy during the day. How can you enjoy your yoga practice hobby if you don’t have the energy for it?
