The association activities:

Who are we ?
We are a Moroccan association named “Jossour" focusing specifically on environment, development and education.
We organize a range of activities throughout the year, through which we aim at keeping our environment clean and contributing to the development of our community at the social, and cultural level.
The association activities:
• Language workshop.
Foreign volunteers are welcomed to take part in offering English or French classes for our Moroccan students.
The major objective of this workshop is to bridge interaction and cultural exchange between foreign volunteers and Moroccan students.
• Requirements of volunteering
1)The volunteer must master the language, she or he is willing to teach either French or English.
2)the volunteer should have a university degree: a Bachelor degree or an associate degree (DEUG)
• Date of workshop
The language workshop takes place on the 6 th of July each year at a school in kenitra.
The workshop starts from 9.00 am and ends at 1.00 pm on week days.
On the week ends volunteers are free.

Volunteer’s benefits
Providing volunteers with a free accommodation, usually a home stay with a Moroccan family to get to know the local culture.
Providing volunteers with free survival Arabic classes once a week.
Assisting volunteers who would like to travel by informing and guiding them
The volunteers are responsible for their own transportation expenses.
What we expect from the volunteers during the workshop:
Participating in entertaining activities that are organized by the association (picnic, trips,plays,music,drawing,etc)
Ecological activities:
The association organizes workshops aiming at keeping our environment clean to sensitize the students about the importance of protecting our environment .this ecological workshop includes planting, landscaping, painting .cleaning.etc
Ground Rules of the workshop
-volunteers aren’t allowed to take drugs or alcohol during the workshop
- Volunteers aren’t allowed to show up late or absent unless there is a good reason.
-Volunteers are to be committed to activities intended by the workshop.
