Who are we? The Center for Training and Qualification in Crafts professions (CFQMA) in Fez, is further confirmation of the orientation of the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity through high-potential projects that are based on the insertion young people through training, allowing them to consider their future
careers with knowledge passed on by master craftsmen renowned. Built on an area of 8276 m² which covered 5150, the center offers both apprentices to the craft, 25 Workshops / Trades, four classrooms, a multipurpose room, library, computer room, cafeteria, two showrooms with a reception area and an area dedicated to the integration and business creation, housing offices ANAPEC, Mohamed VI Centre for micro finance systems, and the Foundation ARDI. The implant site is characterized by the proximity of the center, located between the city center, Fez Jdid and the old Medina, has considerable assets: accessibility well served by all modes of transport, proximity of homes for apprentices , availability of supplies and raw materials, services and preliminary work for the production of handicrafts. Our strategy in the medium and long term revolves around the following:
The qualification of the men and women in this sector and to participate in the consolidation of the position of the craft as the axis of economic and social development. The preservation of craft trades threatened with extinction. Strengthening the role of crafts as a source of job creation and added value. The availability of craftsmen and apprentices of all means to complete their projects and see them succeed. The promotion of products manufactured in the center which aims to achieve long-term self-financing. To achieve our strategic objectives we have outlined the following operational actions:
Provide young people with professional qualifications appropriate to the socio-economic reality of the craft sector mainly through the method of apprenticeship training. Organize training sessions for the benefit of artisans and master craftsmen in management, marketing techniques, introduction to new technologies and quality standards for better adaptation of products to target markets, health and safety. Inform and assist young winners at their integration into the world of work. Encourage and assist with projects in the process of business creation. Encourage creativity and excellence among young people. Organize and present exhibitions of all crafts. Our partners:
