A blank page of infinite potential ? YES… Each day unfolds as a blank page, a space untainted by yesterday’s limitations or tomorrow’s uncertainties.
It is within this purity that we are invited to make choices, deliberate and intentional, that resonate with the essence of who we TRULY are.

These choices, seemingly small yet profoundly significant, become the strokes with which we paint our lives.
To fill this page authentically requires courage ! The courage to reject the script handed to us by external pressures and instead craft a narrative rooted in self-awareness. When our choices mirror our deepest truths, transformation is inevitable, not because life changes in an instant, but because we do.

True transformation is not the work of grand gestures but the accumulation of moments lived in alignment. In this alignment, we find not only change but the profound realization of the life we were always meant to lead.

Did I ever tell you how much I love team buildings?🥰🥰🥰

One of the aspects that I love the most about my work is when I see people connecting, having fun, collaborating, and learning together.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure and honor to accompany the American Language Center El Jadida team for their end-of-year meeting through a series of team building activities.

We addressed very serious topics, such as: Team moral, collaboration, effective Communication, Self-leadership, Customer Service and time management... all through fun and playful games.

Thank you so much Pauline Finn and the wonderful team of the American Language Center El Jadida for giving me the opportunity to share these amazing moments with you.

Wishing you all the very best.

How does a professional become outstanding? Practice, Practice ,Practice..Feedback and continuous improvement.

🗓 Today, I had the pleasure of collaborating with experts from Coaching, Wellbeing, and Counseling fields, all sharing a passion for hypnotherapy.

💬 We exchanged best practices and innovative ideas, and also engaged in a supervised exercise integrating Coaching and Hypnotherapy.

🤝 Feeling inspired and grateful for the collective growth, and can't wait to put this learning in service of our respective clients!
